The high-quality scraper is suitable for scraping off, smoothing, cleaning, levelling out and also for removing strong adhesive, sticky substances or dried up media. The edge of the corrosion-resistant stainless steel scraper is ideal for blending and portioning viscous media. The smooth, seamless and sturdy surface ensures cleaning without difficulty and meets hygenic requirements. The scraper makes a suitable implement for use in laboratories, production and clean rooms. It is ideal for use under rugged conditions in pharmaceuticals, chemistry, cosmetics, animal feed and food & beverage.

Body material is excellent corrosion resistant stainless steel (SUS304). Suitable for use in tough / harsh environments such as offshore applications. Sleeve stopper mechanism can be engaged by rotating sleeve after connection. Despite having a stainless steel body, the working pressure, 21.0 MPa, of HSU CUPLA is comparable to that of special steel body CUPLA such as HSP CUPLA series. Both socket and plug have builtin automatic shutoff valves that prevent fluid outflow on disconnection. Easy to handle. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) is used as a seal material for wide variety of liquids.

Body material is excellent corrosion resistant stainless steel (SUS304). Suited for use in tough conditions such as ocean development. Although it is made of stainless steel, the unique “inner seal mechanism” enables the working pressure of 20.6MPa {210kgf/cm2}, the same as steel’s. Safety lock ensures tight and secured connection (preventing accidental disconnection) under vibration or impacts. For the majority of standard castors, either the tread or the steel bracket is not designed for frequent contact with water or high levels of air humidity or steam. Blickle stainless steel castors, on the other hand, provide corrosion protection in every area, including the high-quality chromium-nickel steel bracket, the synthetic wheel centre, a selection of treads made from rubber, thermoplastic polyurethane and nylon and the various bearings used. This is relevant for wet areas and environments with strict hygiene requirements, such as the food industry.
