Today, ÖLFLEX® connecting and control cables are some of the most widely used in the world, and for good reason. Properties: — Flexible, almost entirely oil-resistant and universally applicable. — Fulfills the most demanding requirements for electrical and mechanical properties. — Comprehensive range for all environmental conditions, including wet/dry, EMC, outside/inside, various temperature ranges, etc. — Suitable for fixed connection or energy supply chains. — Also halogen-free and available with international licences.

Used as control cables and supply lines in machine engineering, plant engineering, enameling lines, power stations, air conditioning, cool systems, office machines and data precessing systems. Mainly suitable for dry, damp or wet interiors, especially in industrial environments at medium mechanical stress. Outdoor use with UV-protection only and in observance of the temperature ranges. Suitable for free, not continously returning movement without tensile stress or compulsory guidance as well as for fixed laying. GLOBALFLEX®-COLD is mainly used for cold-flexible applications due to cold-resistance up to -30°C.

This cable has been manufactured for audio engineering only but these cables are also suitable in areas of houshold appliances such as very flexible network-connecting cable appliances. GLOBALFLEX®-SOFT is very ductile and is very easy to handle due to the improved talcum effect. The outer sheath is lead-free and offers contitional abrasion as well as conditional oil and UV-resistance.

GLOBALFLEX®-CY-control cables are used in tool-machines conveyor belts, production line in machinery production, in air-conditioning and in steel production for low loss data and signal transmission. They are used for installing in dry, moist and wet rooms, especially under the terms of industrial environment. Outdoor use only with UV-protection allowing for temperature range. GLOBALFLEX®-CY-control cables are suitable for medium mechanical stresses with free movement without tensile stress or forced movements. The high level of screening ensures a high degree of interference protection. the screening density assures disturbance free transmission of all signals and impulses. The product corresponds to the directive 2014/35/EU (low voltage directive).

GLOBALFLEX®-H05VV-F conrol cables have been successfully used or many decades as measuring and control cables in tool machinery, plant installation, power stations and in data equipment. GLOBALFLEX®-H05VV5-F control cables are used for forced movements in dry, moist and wet rooms (also water-oil-mixtures) but not suitable for outdoor. Extremely flexible, the GLOBALFLEX®-H05VV5-F control cables are particulary suitable for laying where there is free movement. Application: Solenoid valve system for automatic monitoring the leaks of water supply pipes and tubes. To be used in household and laboratory equipment. Installation Fully automatic monitoring can be built in to the supply pipes of a water source. The sensor lays on the floor and is connected with the control electronics through a cable. The solenoid coil and control electronics are built in to a plastic housing. The voltage supply occurs over a network cable with an adapter connector. Function: Upon energizing, the control electronics opens the solenoid valve. The sensor can monitor a water film of approximately 0.5 mm and sends a signal to the electronics. The solenoid valve is closed and an audible alarm signal is triggered.
