Depending on the medication and the propellant (CFC or HFA), different materials are used. We produce our containers from aluminium and stainless steel. While stainless steel containers are usually used uncoated, aluminium containers can also be offered in a coated version. Our containers are used as primary packaging for the administration of aerosol medication by inhaler. Patients worldwide use MDI (metered-dose inhalers) to treat respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD.

SYSTEM FOR THE COST EFFECTIVE REFURBISHING OR VOLUME EXPANSION OF CONTAINERS OR TANKS Changing conditions, material wear, a change to the filling medium – these are just a few of the factors that lead to the replacement of containers used in industry or at municipal sewage treatment plants. Quantities change and existing containers become too small – these are also problems that frequently arise. In such cases, the mobile machine technology from Lipp using the LIPP Double Seam System or the LIPP welding technique offers a solution that is as simple as it is cost effective, while being extraordinarily stable. Containers can be installed on site in any size required and can be placed in an existing steel or reinforced concrete basin using a mobile crane. PumpMaster, canister and barrel pump for petrochemical liquids. The manual pressure pump is ideally suited for drawing off, decanting and emptying canisters and barrels. The hand pump is used to create excess pressure that forces the liquid out of the container. The stopcock also allows extraction of small quantities of liquid. The PumpMaster container pump is mounted on the container using a flexible stopper with a variable and adjustable diameter. No special thread adapters are required. PumpMaster fits all commercial container openings with a diameter from 46.5 mm to 60 mm. The immersion tube has a length of 95 cm and it can be shortened depending on the size of the container.

Standard and special greases are available in the respective container sizes from us as accessories. They can be used when our bearing elements are used for the first time or for relubricating slewing rings.
