Als der Hersteller plante, diese neue Edition auf den Markt zu bringen, ließ er sie eigens von einem bekannten Designer konzipieren. Da dieser jedoch keinerlei Augenmerk auf die Herstellbarkeit der Teile legte, stand der Kunde vor der großen Herausforderung, einen Lieferanten zu finden, der die Teile in Großserie produzieren konnte, ohne Abstriche beim Design machen zu müssen. Selbstverständlich muss bei einem so edlen Produkt jedes Bauteil ganz besonders hochwertig sein. Bei den Aluminiumteilen gilt es im Hinblick auf die Folgeprozesse vor allem darauf zu achten, dass die Oberflächen sauber sind.
