Pressteck is one of the world's leading specialists for deep-drawn individual parts on transfer presses and their processing into assemblies. In this non-cutting tension-pressure process, we produce hollow parts from a metal strip in several stages, which can be aluminium, stainless steel, copper or brass, among others. Compared to other processes, deep drawing has decisive advantages: Material consumption and production costs are lower, and at the same time the strength of the components is higher. We are highly innovative and optimise deep drawing technology beyond what is currently possible. We manufacture your individual component from coiled sheet metal and master demanding geometries and high degrees of forming.

Pressteck has all standard sizes of MDI containers in its portfolio: 10ml, 14ml, 17ml and 19ml. If you need other sizes due to individual requirements, we are happy to offer these as well. Depending on the medication and the propellant (CFC or HFA), different materials are used. We produce our containers from aluminium and stainless steel. While stainless steel containers are usually used uncoated, aluminium containers can also be offered in a coated version. Our containers are used as primary packaging for the administration of aerosol medication by inhaler. Patients worldwide use MDI (metered-dose inhalers) to treat respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD.

The sampling bag SteriBag Cleanroom with double packaging can be placed directly in the clean room. 25 sample bags are placed in double secondary packaging. They can be removed one after the other and are therefore ideally suited for introducing into the clean room. Then the sterile bags can be used directly in the clean room. SteriBag Cleanroom is sterile inside and outside. This guarantees contamination-free storage and transport of solid, semi-solid and liquid media. The sample bag is perfect for use in chemical and pharmaceutical applications. The disposable sample bag has a labelling field, saves space and is also easy to transport. The large bag opening makes it easy to pour in the sample.

Instead of air, we use pure mechanics. Bottles are turned and aligned with the help of a wheel. You benefit from low-noise and energy-saving processes. High performance and clean room suitability are convincing.

Franke FDE linear guides are equipped with lubricant-free, high-quality needle bearings and are made almost entirely of lightweight aluminum. They are suitable for linear motion tasks in almost all industries, especially for use in food production or in clean rooms. Rail elements can be manufactured in lengths from 200 mm to 4000 mm and can be coupled endlessly

As a special, flame-resistant interior coating, this is particularily suitable for the coating of exhaust air pipework, for example, in factories in the chip, solar cell and fibre optics industries. ICS is FM-approved - each construction part is marked separately with the FM specification. This coating is also tested according to the American safety standard Factory Mutual Research 4910 and suitable for use in clean rooms.

The sample scoop is ideal for powders, granulates and pastes. The scoop with transparent cover can be closed immediately after sampling and the sterility and exclusion of contamination can therefore be safeguarded. Ergonomics were particularly important to us for the design of the sample scoop. The scoop stands horizontally due to the special handle design and the slightly angled front edge and can therefore be put down without the sample material trickling out.

The spatula with transparent sealing sleeve can be closed again immediately after sampling and the exclusion of contamination can be safeguarded for the sample taken.
