The stainless steel bowl is suitable for a wide variety of applications, e.g. for storing, carrying or cleaning laboratory cutlery or samplers. The smooth surface of the tray makes it easy to clean. The instrument tray has a rectangular shape with a high edge and is very stable. Ideal for use in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors as well as the food and cosmetics sectors.

The robust stainless steel bowl is ideal for cleaning, disinfecting or sterilising instruments as well as placing and carrying diffenrent devices or samples. Due to the smooth surface, the instrument tray is easy to clean. The rectangular bowl has a low edge and can be used in the various areas of pharmacy, chemistry, cosmetics and food.

With vibration sorting, small batches / quantities can be processed individually up to 200 pieces per minute. Depending on the type of object, we recommend different designs / types – conical, cylindrical or stepped. Surfaces are preferably glass bead blasted or metaline coated (both variants have FDA approval). Mounting types are medium voltage and external voltage.

The possible applications of paper bowls for the embossing technology are manifold: It either gets the "worn-in" relief of the embossing cylinder, it is used as a smooth cylinder for pressing, or it is used for calendering. At our 1200 square metre-large production hall, we use the latest technology to manufacture paper bowls with a maximum length of 2400 mm at 3400 mm total length and, depending on the particular requirements, with or without swell. Next, the paper bowls are finished on a special rotating machine.
