Für die exklusiven Füllhalter, Kugelschreiber und Tintenroller eines Schreibgeräte-Herstellers fertigen wir mit Tiefziehtechnologie Aluminiumteile in Großserie.Angenehm liegen Füllhalter, Kugelschreiber und Tintenroller in der Hand, edel sehen sie aus. Die nahtlos aus Aluminium tiefgezogenen Deckel und Körper verleihen der Schreibgeräte-Edition einen exklusiven Look. Als der Hersteller plante, diese neue Edition auf den Markt zu bringen, ließ er sie eigens von einem bekannten Designer konzipieren. Da dieser jedoch keinerlei Augenmerk auf die Herstellbarkeit der Teile legte, stand der Kunde vor der großen Herausforderung, einen Lieferanten zu finden, der die Teile in Großserie produzieren konnte, ohne Abstriche beim Design machen zu müssen. Selbstverständlich muss bei einem so edlen Produkt jedes Bauteil ganz besonders hochwertig sein. Bei den Aluminiumteilen gilt es im Hinblick auf die Folgeprozesse vor allem darauf zu achten, dass die Oberflächen sauber sind.

All plastic model. Fluorine contained resin (PFA) body is injection molded. All parts made of fluorine contained resin. Orings in particular are FEPcoated fluororubber with excellent chemical resistance and no rubber elution. Unique new techniques such as “injection molding”, “tube connect system” and “nut type plug mount design” are used to prevent the generation of particles, incessant headache for semiconductor parts manufacturers. To connect with a plug, just push the socket on to it. Disconnection is done in simple and onehanded button operation. Unique “doublelock mechanism” prevents accidental disconnection of socket and plug. Branched tube port improves operability and reduces required piping space. Plugs come with a dust cap.

Compared with conventional Multi Cuplas, approximately double flow rates are realized. This could reduce the size of required plates. (Rate of flow increase depends on Cupla sizes.) The MALC type realizes a 2mm axial eccentricity allowance, while the conventional Multi Cupla is only 0.6mm. Special valve design enables connection of socket and plug under dynamic pressure of up to 8MPa. When connected, the distance between the socket plate and plug plate is designed to be 30mm for all sizes. This means any size of Cupla can be mounted and used on the same plate. Airless structure valves prevent outflow of fluid and admixture of air into the fluid line. Autocatalytic NickelPhosphorus coating is adopted for surface treatment over special steel body and internal parts. This coating is environmentfriendly.

The RTI Compact II E is a single-color rotary pad printing machine. Designed as a manual workstation, it is primarily used to print circular cylindrical or flat parts. The basic body consists of an ergonomically designed base frame with protective enclosure and light curtain. The RTI COMPACT II E is consistently designed for ease of maintenance and short changeover times. User-friendliness and easy accessibility of the tampon roller characterize the machine. In addition, the RTI COMPACT II E is equipped with a residual ink pickup for automatic pad cleaning.
