A fully automated solution cannot manage without reliable automatic feeding and sorting equipment. In this area we cooperate with well-known manufacturers of vibration and handling elements. The automatic and semi-automatic solutions can also include camera sensors or smart cameras.

The HS flex family was developed with the goal of "maximum productivity". Ergonomic aspects were completely redesigned, however, to allow for fast and fatigue-free working for operators and service personnel in every possible working situation. The HS flex handling system can be adapted to six different HERMLE machining centers. With a transport weight of up to 450 kg incl. plate and a storage volume of up to 50 plate positions, the HS flex covers a wide range of applications.

The RS 1 robot system is a fully fledged combination cell for pallet and workpiece automation. The robot operates fully automatically, and can flexibly grip, clamp and store workpieces up to 15 kg and pallets up to 60 kg. The RS 1 guarantees process-secure production round the clock, whilst winning customers over with maximum flexibility and productivity! The rack storage concept makes for an unusually high degree of autonomous running; gripper and device changing is fully automatic and the fully functional setup station allows for pallets, workpiece carriers and workpieces to be set up in parallel with the main operation. This means that the RS 1 can be used as an automation solution for very diverse machining tasks.

Wireless seonsoring systems from AMF: flexible, compact and economical. They enable fully automated production processes for clamping technology as well as for modern handling and storage systems. The system consists of sensors and transmitter units that are interlinked both with the gateway and recipient, which communicates wirelessly with the machine control by means of Bluetooth Low Energy.

The ENCODER machine series was specifically developed for integration in all kinds of automated systems. Variable control possibilities: For the EP series we offer three different electronic control possibilities. Variable installation positions: The ENCODER EP/1 models, equipped with a piston on the ink/ doctoring cup and adequate overhead control, guarantee all print positions. Fitted with the ENCODER aluminium stand, the ENCODER EP/1 have a free choice of positioning within 360° and the distance to the printing component can be additionally adjusted with a handwheel.

With the “Modular Automation Platform” TAMPOPRINT presents an automation-platform, whose entities can be freely put together in building block concept. The base frame, available in two sizes, offers up to 16 positions, which easily can be assembled with pad print, laser, pre-treatment as well as post-treatment and surveillance units. Outfitted with large machine doors, it enables the operator absolute open access into the interior of the pad print automation. Furthermore added is the revolutionary re-thinking of the layout of the pad print unit. To simplify registration and reduce setup-times, the cliché unit is mounted outwards facing the operator. Cliché changes and replenishing the ink is accomplished within a few seconds

The SGH wire-actuated encoder measures the absolute, direct cylinder stroke in the hydraulic cylinder. Cost-intensive drilling of the piston is no longer required thanks to the new measurement system. As a result there are lower integration costs compared with other measurement systems and weakening of the piston is effectively avoided.
