Additional to the versatility of 11 particular types of aluminium profiles they can be supplied anodised resp. plastic coated in all RAL colours. We call as special types our 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a big range of variations on your request. You can choose: - all fill types, e.g. natural fibres and bristles, plant fibres, wires and synthetic bristles- different trim heights (BH) (free bristle length)- the overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

These types of brushes are particularly versatile in the way in which they can be mounted and in which they harmonise visually. 11 standard types of sealing brushes with aluminium profiles are available from stock, filled with polyamide (PA6), polypropylene (PP) and soft horse hair (mane hair MAH).As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths.

The magnet assembly can be clipped into the groove. It is freely movable or can be fixed by a threaded pin. The magnetic core is protected by a plastic cover and has a large magnet area in the groove. The magnetic system is lying nearly plan and has a closed, smooth adhesive surface which avoids scratches on the surface and the concentration of metal shavings. The Vacuum Chamber VC P150x160 is made of a unique, flexible chamber system based on extruded aluminium profiles. The three meter long profiles are cut to the desired length and equipped with a bolted rear wall and a door. Specially developed for use under high vacuum, our vacuum chamber VC P400x400 HV is made of a unique, flexible chamber system based on extruded aluminium profiles. The three-metre long profiles are cut to the required length and fitted with a screwed rear wall, as well as a door.
