FLUX air-operated diaphragm pumps are self-priming and protected against dry running. The pumps are distinguished for their versatility and can be used for virtually all types of media. Available in heavy duty (RFM) or injection-moulded/cast (FDM) version for a huge diversity of applications they are designed for high pressures of up to 8 bars and in addition to other properties they are outstanding for their ease of handling. The 100 % start-up guarantee in every shut-down position guarantees reliability and safe operation. The flow is infinitely variable via the air pressure. In addition the flow rate is easy to calculate. As a result of the integrated silencer the compressed air-operated diaphragm pumps are low noise. In addition the pumps are low-maintenance, in particular if used for pure media.

The pump-kit MINIFLUX is designed for emptying IBCs via their floor-level outlet. Designed as an alternative to a vertical pump, the MINIFLUX can be used when an IBC is not accessible from the top. It is suitable for applications when gravity draining via the outlet tap is insufficient e.g. rapid dispensing or transfer to another container in a higher location. Power can ideally be provided by a commutator or compressed air motor. Depending on the pump housing, the diaphragm pumps operated by compressed air can be offered in metal or plastic. Air operated diaphragm pumps made of plastic The double diaphragm pumps made of plastic have a pump housing made of polyethylene or PTFE, each also in a conductive version as an ATEX pump for use in hazardous areas. The compressed air diaphragm pumps in solid construction made of polyethylene can be used for abrasive, viscous and shear sensitive media. Air operated diaphragm pumps made of metal The metal pumps have a pump housing made of aluminum, cast iron or stainless steel. All pumps are available with composite membranes made of PTFE, EPDM or NBR. The material of the valves and seals is coordinated according to the choice of membrane.

For liquids that have to be mixed before processing and then pumped or contain small solids, the new Diaphragm pumps with an integrated air-operated Double diaphragm pump is the perfect solution. The mixing and pumping process takes place via a suction and mixing tube and a 3-way valve. The withdrawal system can be used to dispense high-purity liquids quickly and without complications. An excess pressure is produced in the container with pressurised gas (compressed air or nitrogen), thereby pumping the liquid out of the tank. The advantage of operation using pressure gas is that the user can extract even large amounts without effort while having both hands free to dispense the solvent. In this way, large amounts of hazardous media such as acetone, ethanol and methanol, etc. can also be safely dispensed and accurately metered using the stop cock. For use with media sensitive to oxygen or for ultra-pure media, operation with an inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible. The barrel screw connection and shut-off valves seal off the barrel and pump hermetically. This means that no vapours containing solvents can escape after dispensing, thereby protecting users' health and the environment.

The humidity generators of the HGC series enable the automatic control of relative humidity in the range of 5 % to 90 % in small and medium-sized closed measuring chambers. The humidity generators can be connected to the measuring chambers of many DataPhysics Instruments systems. They can also be combined with laboratory measuring instruments of other manufacturers. The HGC 20 humidity generator can independently generate a dry air flow from the ambient air, using its integrated pump and the desiccant reservoir. Together with the heated water container, the desired humidity can then be produced. Afterwards, this air flow with defined humidity reaches the environmental chambers or laboratory equipment via the gas connection tube.
