Steel types, also called type stamps, can be produced in all dimensions. The design is flexible: type stamps with or without groove, with labelling groove, in T shape (T type) and L shape (L type) as well as conical or segment types, which are put together as a ring. Cylindrical steel types can also be produced. The font size is guided by your drawing. The type stamps are hardened and annealed in accordance with the purpose and can be used immediately. Labelling is also possible in unmistakable fonts or with rounded-off engraving in addition to standard designs. Also possible are point font or low stress to avoid cracks in the stamping material.

CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are eminently suitable for direct heating and warming of liquids of all kinds. Corresponding to the nature of the different media protective coverings of steel, various special steel types or porcelain can be selected. The electric heating inserts of CSN®cartridge type heating elements may be installed or dismounted without the necessity of draining the liquids from the container. The CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are manufactured for nominal voltages from 110 up to 690 volts D.C. and A.C. In the case of higher heating capacities 3 or more elements each, being individually divisible by the factor 3 can be star or delta connected to 230 and 400 volts A.C. threephase mains. At 12 kW and a related length the elements are fabricated for 400 volts A.C. threephase delta connections. In any case the desired voltage and type of current has to be stated.

The compression-type fittings are the link between the thermocouple and the test area and facilitate precise adaptation. After installing the compression-type fitting, the thermocouple can be inserted and clamped in with the desired installation length. That makes it possible to perform individual measurements with self-defined installation lengths directly onsite.

Franke Bearing Assemblies Type LVA are ready-to-install bearing assemblies with steel housing rings and integrated bearing element. They are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They are available at short notice, some of them even from stock. Designed as 4 point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. Type LVA bearing assemblies are sealed on both sides and adjusted with preload.

Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges. The special types consist of 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a large range of variations on your request. You can choose: - All fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, synthetic filaments and wires.- The quality of the backing material, e.g. galvanized steel, stainless steel (1.4301; 1.4571) or brass.- The trim height (BH) (free bristle length- The overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

The stock types are filled with polyamide (PA6), mane hair (MAH) and phosphorbronze-wire (PHB).

Franke bearing asseblies type LVC are bearing assemblies made of steel, designed as double row angular contact ball bearings with integrated bearing elements. Franke LVC are suitable for highest circumferential speeds. They convince by very high dynamics and a very low rotational resistance. The double row angular contact ball bearings in a 4-point arrangement are preloaded. They are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. The model 8527 high-precision compression load cell is the ideal load cell for reference measurement chains where highly precise measurement results are required. Its very high production quality and extremely low non-linearity of just 0.035 % F.S. make it a dependable choice for comparative measurements and calibration tasks. Designed for a dynamic stress of up to 100 % of the full scale value, the model 8527 load cell is also suitable for situations where a rapid signal change with high amplitude occurs and has to be measured. The model 8527 high-precision compression load cell has a domed load button on top, onto which the compressive load being measured is applied. Inside the load cell is an elastic membrane, on which strain gages generate a resistance change in the measuring bridge and an output signal proportional to the load. For the best possible measurement results, the force should be applied axially and centrically to the load button.

The 8524 precision tension & compression load cell is a versatile sensor for highly accurate load measurements in diverse applications. Optimum measurement quality is achieved with the load cell mounted on a flat, hard and polished contact surface. This requirement does not apply to small measurement ranges of up to 0 ... 2 kN because three knife-edge bearings ensure that the sensor is seated securely. Our brochure „Load Cells“ explains how you can design parasitic loads out of your mechanical system. Through-holes in the outer flange are used for fastening the 8524 sensor to the system structure. The load is applied via the central blind threaded hole or optionally via a load button. Alternatively, a pull plate and even rod end bearings, if desired, can be attached to the sensor for equally easy measurement of purely tensile loads, for instance in Bowden cables or chains. The measuring element of the load cell consists of a double bending beam on which strain gages are applied. The applied force detunes the measuring bridge so that a proportional output voltage is generated. The strain gages on the measuring element are protected against dirt and water spray by a rubber bellows. The sensor can be easily mounted via two mounting holes. The tension or compression force to be measured is introduced at the opposite end perpendicular to the sensor axis. Due to its special design, the influence by an extension (e.g. touch finger) on the measuring signal is low. Overload protection can be realized with little effort using a mechanical stop. The piping system consists of high-grade NiroSan® press fittings with an EPDM (=ethylene propylene dien rubber) moulded sealing ring and NiroSan® stainless steel system pipes according to EN 10312. All NiroSan® press fittings are made from the premium stainless steel type 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for pressing components) and 1.4408 (for precision cast threaded stainless steel components). The material 1.4404 contains at least 2.3 % molybdenum, yet less carbon than the conventional type 1.4401. Thereby these materials are not only of equal value but in addition, material 1.4404 / 316L stands out on account of its considerably higher corrosion resistance. The NiroSan® press system and its components are certified in accordance with the rules and regulations of all important European certification bodies.
