STEEL GRADES The standrard stock of chromed bars consists of steel grades C45 or C45E or C45R and 20MnV6 in untreated delivery condition (+AR) and 42CrMo4 in quenched and temperd delivery condition (+QT). DELIVERY CONDITIONS The solid bars subjected to chroming process are available in different delivery conditions in orde to obtain specific properties. NORMALIZATION Heat treatment consisting heating process followed by gradual cooling in controlled atmosphere. Thanks to this process the steel structure becomes more "refined" and improve its impact properties (perlitic structure). INDUCTION HARDENING The surface of the steel bar is heated by electric induction followed by fast cooling. Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges. The special types consist of 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a large range of variations on your request. You can choose: - All fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, synthetic filaments and wires.- The quality of the backing material, e.g. galvanized steel, stainless steel (1.4301; 1.4571) or brass.- The trim height (BH) (free bristle length- The overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges, for example in a self-adhesive design, or fixed by screws or by welding. As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths. Our standard types we supply from stock in 7 different profile types made of galvanised steel, heat-resistant also in high thermal fluctuations. The stock types are filled with polyamide (PA6), mane hair (MAH) and phosphorbronze-wire (PHB).

State of the art machines, tightest tolerances Machine knives for use in steel production are challenging from a production engineering point of view and place enormous demands on quality. A knife change always entails a long and thus costly system shutdown; consequently, long knives and circular knives from our company are characterised not only by very high accuracy, but also by their extreme resistance to wear. In the past, we have made serious investments in our machine fleet, in order also to produce to the most complicated geometries and tightest tolerances. In addition to standard qualities, we also deliver special qualities for particular stress at high temperatures.

LIPP welded tanks are erected using the LIPP Welding Technology, a unique method of construction enabled by a custom automated rig designed and manufactured by LIPP. This procedure can claim a number of advantages over other traditional welding methods. Firstly, the unique steel profile increases stability and so reduces material costs at the same time. Secondly, the automated endless tape process continually welds layers below in a rotational cycle and reduces the number of on site workers. The CR3 / CR3-5 industrial pallet with integrated reinforcement profiles is an all-rounder in the heavy-duty category and can be found in both pooling and internal logistics of many sectors. Full power in any position The universal machines from BEHRINGER can handle any job that is needed. Perfect to slicing through sectional steel as well as solids in metal and comparable plastics at almost any optional angle. With precise cuts, individually adjustable for bidirectional mitre cuts between 90° and 45°, and optionally even for acute angles of 30°. Semi-automatic variants In the BEHRINGER semi-automatic models, the material is positioned by eye, for instance with the aid of a linelaser. This procedure is recommended for frequently changing cut-off length and when the sections are marked on the material already. Automation Where larger cut-off lengths are required, we recommend the use of a measurement device for precise positioning of the material. Used in conjunction with infeed and outfeed peripheral devices such as roller conveyors and transverse transport devices, the degree of automation can be increased to achieve added streamlining effects.

QUADRO 80 gets its name from the square steel pipes of a diameter of 80 mm which form the profile basis of the system. Due to the particular properties of the spheroidal graphite parts, a higher than average bearing strength is achieved. The overall static equilibrium of the system is also very high due to its combination with steel profiles. QUADRO can be assembled quickly and easily at the point of use, thanks to its sophisticated technology. The articulated parts are equipped with a swivelling limitation. The Metzner CCM 2 circular cutting machine processes steel-reinforced profiles and sponge rubber materials with dry cutting (optionally with micro-knife moistening to cool the circular knife). False floors We supply different false floors for classic applications which utilise a modular unit with an integrated false floor for cables. System false floors from Betonbau are used in local substations, transfer and transformer stations and switchgear houses. These floors are particularly flexible, can be adapted to precisely suit your room and switch cabinet layout and conform to DIN VDE 0101. We can fit your floor with buoyancy protection where necessary to minimise in as far as possible the effects of an internal malfunction on operators.
