BIEGLO offers high temperature resistant and flame retardant fibers. The application is similiar to meta-aramid, but PI fibers have its own advantages. The long-term service temperature is 260℃. The decomposition temperature is 560℃. The LOI is 38%, it means it is non-flameble fiber. The Dexnyl Polyimide fibers are applicable in many products, but they are used best in niche-applications with extreme standards for the material: 1- FR Protective clothing: e.g. military fligth clothing, flame resistand underwear, firefighter uniform etc. 2- High temperature filtration and industrial insulation: e.g. dedusting filtration for cement factories, steel or powder plants, air filtration for painting area operated at more than 300°C . 3- Composite material: taking advantage of insulation, flame retardance and high emperature resistance, chopped fiber can be used as reinforced material.

Existing factory workshops and industrial plants can be surveyed three-dimensionally in detail. For new buildings, further extensions and reconstruction in the future, there are spatial coordinates available which are accurate to a millimeter, from which two-dimensional construction plans can easily be drawn. Generation of 3D models From the data gathered by Z+F laser scanner systems and with the LFM software, 3D models of the actual state of the factory or plant (e.g. tubes, steel girders) can be generated. Furthermore, it is possible to generate complete CAD models from the 3D scan data (the so-called point cloud). Clash detection It is possible to simulate manufacturing processes and to carry out collision checks with 3D models. Example: Another production robot of the same type has to be added to an existing plant. Facility management All fixed equipment like cables or tubes is surveyed as well and saved in a 3D database which serves as the basis for future reconstruction.

Especially in the field of shipping, CYTOCLEAN® makes a significant contribution to the effective and cost-effective compliance with the applicable environmental standards with its diverse and wide range of uses, as well as the unique possibility of cleaning during the ship's journey. In shipping, CYTOCLEAN® is used in tank, pipe and hatch cleaning. CYTOCLEAN® has also made a name for itself as an effective and environmentally friendly product when it comes to cleaning and maintaining boilers or filters. In the mineral oil and processing industry, CYTOCLEAN® is the environmentally friendly solution when tank wagons, storage and service tanks or oily industrial plants, or e.g. Steel plates or finished products are to be successfully freed from oil residues.
