Niro Präzisionstechnik specializes in the manual mechanical processing of stainless steel thin sheets up to 4 mm. Our specialty are funnels, composite shapes, reductions and transitions, for example from round to square. All connections are welded while avoiding the inclusion of oxygen, and the weld seams are made invisible through careful polishing. The workpieces are machined free of tension and distortion with uniform wall thicknesses. We only process non-rusting materials such as V2A and V4A stainless steel, titanium alloys and aluminum. Our production conditions allow the manufacture of products for clean room applications such as those used in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology and in the food industry. Roof panels for the Sprinter Lighttrain in the Netherlands. For the Sprinter Lighttrain made by Bombardier, stainless steel sliding blocks were glued into the GRP profiles (A2 bonding) for high rigidity. Vertical tear resistance of 2,772 N was required for every single adhesive bond. This requirement was far surpassed in practice. The roof panel, which has the appearance of a 3dimensional component from a single cast, consists of pultruded GRP profiles and 3D moulded parts, partly combined with stainless steel components. 3Dprinted components may also be used.

Designed for high line pressure, the 524 valve series are infinitely adjustable. The chemical nickel plating and a stainless steel seat of the components provide corrosion protection for all valves.

The belt type is the preferred choice for large diameter ducts. Delivery available with insulation pre-installed for high temperature applications. Insulation depends on temperature level of the medium. Insulation is necessary to protect the expansion joint from abrasive media. Corners of rectangular expansion joint frames should be radiused. Delivered as open-end construction for site completion. The final splice will be made on site. The storage and installation instructions as well as the necessary adhesives are included with each shipment.
