Characteristics of our HotMicroCoils with reflection tube are easy mounting and variable heat distribution. Because of its direct touch and toleranced fit, the sleeve coil heater allows a very good heat transmission to the nozzle. In all our HotMicroCoil heaters with reflection sleeve the assembly of a thermocouple is possible and recommended for bigger diameters and power.

SPIROL manufactures Coiled Spring Pins out of 316 stainless steel to meet specific application requirements. Type 316 stainless steel is similar to 302/304 stainless steel with a slightly higher nickel content and the addition of molybdenum. The molybdenum content increases the chemical resistance of this alloy greatly. 316 exhibits superior pitting resistance against sea water, acetic acid vapors, chlorides, sodium and calcium brines, hypochlorite solutions, phosphoric acid, and the sulfite liquors and sulfurous acids used in the paper and pulp industry. This alloy is also austenitic, non-magnetic and non-hardenable using conventional methods. 316 stainless steel has better mechanical properties at elevated temperatures than 302/304 and offers excellent mechanical integrity at subzero temperatures. Flexible or durable! The modular coil storage system (patent pending) is designed for flexible use as a coil mat or, in combination with the side tubes, for the permanent storage of coils and slit steel steel. With the coil mat, temporary storage can be set up quickly or existing warehouses can be expanded in the case of a bottleneck. SPIROL’s heavy duty & fatigue resistant Coiled Spring Pins are available in diameters ranging from 1.5mm (.062") up to 20mm (.750"). Standard materials include high carbon steel, 302/304 nickel (austenitic) stainless steel, and 420 chrome (martensitic) stainless steel. Diameters larger than 12mm (.500") are available in 6150 alloy steel. SPIROL invented the Coiled Spring Pin in 1948. Coiled Pins are available in light duty, standard duty and heavy duty to match the required strength and flexibility for each application. A pin too strong for the applied load will not flex and may damage the hole. A pin that is too flexible may fatigue prematurely within the assembly. The Coiled Pin with the optimal balance of strength, flexibility and diameter will result in the prolonged useful life of the assembly.

We supply from the productions and our stocks ; the galvanized flat steel that is hot-dipping of cold- rolled metal through a zinc bath where both surfaces are coated with layer of zinc applied in order to enhance material lifespan and prevent corrosion which will eventually occur on the material surfaces in the presence of water or air moisture. The STS-spiral roller brush range from Kullen-Koti contains all measurements from small to extra large and this unbeatable selection of diameters makes this brush a totally reliable tool for light brushing tasks. Due to the high fill density and precisely ground surface it achieves outstanding results. A flawless radial true runing is a requirement in most cases to achieve the desired brush effect. Therefore the brush cores are electrodynamically pre-balanced and re-balanced according to the required RPM after assembly of the spiral brushes. The balancing quality refers to quality grade G 2.5 as per ISO 1940. As core material we have available: mild steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal or plastic coated steel. Fixing of the spiral coils The coils are generally mounted onto the roller cores with pressure rings (PRB) in order to prevent the brush from roating on the core. Depending on the work and the rotation speed of the brush the coils can also be spot-welded or screwed...

Similar to the Goodridge G-Line XF range, G Line Ultra features a smooth bore, externally convoluted, carbon impregnated, anti-static PTFE liner. In addition, the G-Line Ultra range features a helically wound high tensile 316 stainless steel coil, seated between the external convolutions of the PTFE hose liner. The coil increases burst pressures, vacuum resistance and kink resistance. Double swivel tail fitting options are available to aid with alignment.
