We offer an extensive range of drum and barrel heaters and container heaters: Heating jackets, silicone drum heaters, base drum heaters and insulating but unheated drum jackets and lids for heating and insulating plastic and metal drums respectively containers. According to the destined application we use polyester, silicone, teflon and glass fibre for our drum heaters and container heaters. Some of the materials are coated and multi-layered resp. combined. Our drum heaters can be used individually and in combination and can be ordered and delivered online (shop.freek.de) for all standard drum sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 litres). Of course, we also manufacture our heating jackets, heating sleeves, base heaters and insulating bonnets individually to fit your container and your special application. ECOROLL single-roller tools are usually used for roller burnishing. They machine a wide range of complex contours and surfaces such as concave fillets and grooves as well as cylindrical and conical outer surfaces and bores. These tools comprise series EG, EF and FAK. EG tools are divided into tool families EG5, EG14, EG45 and EG90. They burnish cylindrical outer surfaces and bores, conical bores, plane surfaces and fillets. For deep rolling of fillets and thread root radii EF, FAK and FA tools are used. Single-roller tools consist of a tool body equipped with a tool shank, a spring assembly that allows the roller head to move with no play and very low friction. The standard version contains a dial indicator for indirect indication of the spring force. As an option, the tools can be equipped with ECOsense process monitoring for external display of the spring force. Many-sidedness, transport security and operating efficiency. EURO Standard containers range opens new dimensions regarding cost-effective preparation, storage and carriage of goods of all kinds. The containers exactly suit the EURO and ISO pallets dimensions to assure an efficient flow of materials and an optimal use of the means of transport. Many sizes and versions as well as a comprehensive range of accessories enlarge the number of models established over years to a wide EURO Standard container program. Solid corners and reinforcing ribs assure high stability and stacking capacities. The plastic used is resistant against all conventional acids and bases. According to the material used, the containers are resistant to temperatures between -40 and +100°C (or even up to 120°C for a short time through a washing process). Safe handling of the containers is assured by flush pulls or grip holes in ergonomic shape and rounded corners and edges.

The container rollers 4337.3,5 with a load lift of 3,5 tons, for lifting and moving standard containers. Can be used on solid ground. The roller set consists of four corner brackets and a drawbar. This product is suitable for an operating speed of up to 6 km/h.

The AQUATRAC-V is a residual moisture meter that can be used in the laboratory as well as in production without qualified personnel. The Measurement is reliable, water-selective and safe using a reagent the calcium hydride. The water released from the sample reacts with the calcium hydride to form hydrogen, which is measured by increasing the pressure in the system and gives a measure of the water content of the sample. This measuring principle is listed in ISO 15512:2019, "Plastics - Determination of water content" as method e.). The same standard also contains the Karl-Fischer measuring principle.
