The CB3 High pallet box is particularly robust and, with a height of 1,140 mm and around 1,000 litres capacity, presents the perfect solution for the efficient transporting of particularly large quantitis or bulky goods. Its single-mould manufacturing with three runners or nine feet ensures a robust runner or foot connection. Additional ribs above the entry openings offer increased protection against forklift tines while the strong ribbing of the lower deck results in a very robust container bottom. Integrated stacking cams on the outside corners lock with the stacking pockets in the bottom, ensuring stacked boxes are firmly secured. The CB3 pallet box from Craemer is a highly robust large load carrier and perfect for transporting bulky goods. It is injection moulded in one piece with three runners. Maximum impact protection and resistance to forklift tines is ensured through additional ribs over the entry openings. The seamless construction and smooth interior walls of this large load carrier ensure easy emptying, simple cleaning and good drying capabilities. Integrated stacking cams on the outer corners give stacked pallet boxes a secure hold. The SB3 pallet box is available with either closed or perforated walls and bottom and a choice between three runners or nine feet. The exceptionally stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and the runner version in particular offers secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines. The overall seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces of the SB3 pallet box enable easy emptying and cleaning as well as good drying properties. Stacking shoulders in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system). This powerful HSF friction feeder is the optimal solution when empty folding boxes have to be marked with variable data offline from the production line. The modular design of the system enables an easy integration of the desired marking technology. The HSF separates the folding boxes from the stack in the infeed magazine. The cartons are guided to the printing station by two parallel running belt conveyors. Print information could be e.g. serialisation data in the form of bar codes or data matrix codes and text. Depending on requirements, thermal inkjet, laser coders or label print- and apply systems can be used (also in combination). The printed data is inspected and verified by an integrated vision system. The b+b Linemanager recognized all 21CFR Part 11 data for each serial number and is able to report this back to the Siteserver system (e.g. b+b Siteserver).

Container trolleys for boxes: This shapely and flexible trolley is solid and specifically suitable for storage and shipping areas. Its slight dimensions allow you to drive it through narrow corridors easily. Standard versions include boxes, handle on one narrow side, 4 solid rubber-tyred guide rolls (100 mm Ø), ball bearing, 2 of which featuring an arresting device. Containers with half-opened front as well as cardboard boxes of the most various sizes can take place on this solid trolley space-saving and orderly. Closed or wire sides and back walls are optionally available. Transport trolleys for stacking boxes: These mobile transport trolleys can be used to load assembly lines or as a convenient order picking assistant! These trolleys can be also delivered in a custom size (special dimensions) according to your wishes. Platform lay-up shelves with anti-slip grooved covering are also available for for the carrying of cardboard boxes, containers and many others.
