Our valves are manufactured in-house and matched to the characteristics and pressures of your application. Our valves are full lift safety valves and can be spring loaded or pilot operated. All our valves are supplied set to your required working pressure up to a maximum of 4,000 bar and flow rates up to 4,700 l/min. Two versions of spring-loaded safety valves, even ATEX compliant The simpler high pressure valves have a rotatable bypass connection to dispose of leaking fluid. Pilot operated valves require a block flange. Like all other KAMAT products, these are ATEX compliant and can be manufactured in special materials to suit the medium being pumped.

The pressure relief valves GEMÜ N085 and N185 protect the plant and the piping system against gauge pressure and reduces pressure peaks. The third pipe spigot enables the valve to be installed in the main pipe. If the pressure increases, the spring is raised and the valve opens. The pressure is reduced to the preset value and can escape via the third pipe spigot into an adjacent pipe. If the pressure falls, the spring force presses the diaphragm in the direction of the seal seat and it is closed. The spring force can be adjusted as required using a set screw. - Valve adjustments can also be made under working pressure. - The optimization of piston, springs and control face ensures good control characteristics - The actuator is hermetically separated from the medium

The GEMÜ N082, N182 and N782 pressure reducers ensure that a constant outlet pressure is maintained in process plant utilizing the pressure differential.If the pressure rises on the outlet side, the spring force is lower and the valve closes as the spring is raised. The pressure is reduced until the spring force and the outlet pressure are the same. If the pressure falls, the valve opens as the spring force presses against the diaphragm surface via the control aperture. The outlet pressure can be read off a diaphragm-protected pressure gauge (not available for N782) and the spring force adjusted using a set screw as required. - The working pressure can be very easily adjusted using a set screw and secured with the integrated lock nut. If required, the setting that has been made can be lead sealed - The flow-efficient design of the valve body ensures good flow rate values - Control errors are kept to a minimum due to the large control face and the spiral spring

Application The K2000 cylinder head stand is designed to support automotive and motorcycle cylinder heads on a workbench so that service or repair jobs, such as valve work or head cleaning and assembly can be easily performed. Features The cylinder head clamped onto the K2000 can be rotated by 360° and may be fixed at any desired angular position. Therefore, assembly and disassembly work can be done with the cylinder head in the most appropriate position. An universal valve spring compressing lever is supplied to remove and install the valve springs.

These valves have a capacity of up to 4 billion actuations, depending upon operation mode.

As venting and breather device for fixed roof tanks to prevent inadmissible pressure and vacuum and to minimize gas losses by variable pressure setting of the weight-loaded and/or spring-loaded valve devices. Installation of an explosion-proof condensate drain device is possible.

The spring-loaded, direct-acting safety relief valves (blow-off valves) are suitable for individual opening pressures from 5 mbar to 45 bar (approx. 0.07 to 1 435 psi). The compact size allows easy installation in any orientation. A dust cap protects the safety relief valves (blow-off valves) against dirt. WITT safety relief valves (blow-off valves) are available in brass or stainless steel, as a ventable version, and with or without condensation outlet.
