This also includes the surface treatment of the manufactured parts with a painted finish of your choice. It may be more complex than other industrial painting methods, but it offers many advantages and is considerably more flexible. Our employees in the paint shop are familiar with the latest techniques and can work on constructions of up to five tonnes using the cup spray gun method. We have successfully adapted many of the adhesion promoters (developed for the Coil Coating process) for spray and brush application. Various adhesion promoters for NR, NBR, HNBR, EPDM, SBR, FPM, PVC, PP, ABS, PA, PU, TPE... are available.

Detergent and cleaning spirit for cleaning dirt stains. When quick drying is required after removal. Economic acquisition, powerful performance values and simple handling – these characteristics are combined in a robust metal construction of the air cleaner TAC 1500 S that is suitable for use on construction sites. Its Monoventic regulator enables you to steplessly adjust the air volume precisely to your actual needs, and the flexible filter system allows for the use of variable filter combinations for every construction site situation. With the TAC 1500 S you can reliably filter coarse and fine dust or spray paint mist as well as concrete dust, fine sanding or plaster dust and highly dangerous quartz dusts or asbestos fibres. The filter frame can be flexibly equipped with one or two filter elements, for example a G4 filter or an additional F7 filter, so that in combination with the HEPA filter a two- or three-stage air purification process in accordance with dust class H can be achieved.

We are specialised in varnishing transparent plastics, which are being painted from behind to achieve a profound depth effect. In our specially customised painting booth the plastics are being sprayed with wet paint creating various structures and degrees of gloss. Here we have the possibility to process large-sized parts. KIRSCH Kunststofftechnik has decided to process even the most demanding parts in-house. High expertise and skillful handling with plastics is significant to accomplish our customers` requirements. Highest cleanness standards are our guideline.

Use biocidal products with care. Always read the label and product information before use. For sensitive materials (textiles, leather, painted surfaces), spray disinfectant onto a cloth and wipe off. Check compatibility in advance on a hidden area. When used in the food sector, rinse the surfaces with clear water afterwards. It is effective against bacteria, yeast fungi and specific viruses (limited virucidal activity). Leave on for at least 60 seconds. Do not use it in large areas. Eliminates 99.9% of bacteria and specific viruses (influenza viruses, corona viruses). Active ingredient content per 100 ml product: 65 ml ethanol & 15 ml 2-propanol. AUTOSOL® MARINE BOATS CLEANER For the gentle removal of surface rust, paint spray and stubborn dirt. Fine scratches and scuffs are almost completely removed and the surface is polished to a new shine.

Water-sprinkled spray walls and spray booths with automatic paint sludge filtration system In wet separation, the overspray meets the water film of the spray wall and is thereby bound in the water. The sludge formed by this is discharged using sludge filtration systems. Water-sprinkled spray walls The overspray is sucked in in the lower area of the vertical water drain surface and is bound in water when it meets the film of water. The paint mist is washed out further in the lower section of the washout tower using a vortex washing system with downstream baffle plate separator. In order to replace the water lost due to evaporation, it is recommended to fit an automatic water level controller. The entire quantity of water is fed to the automatic paint sludge filtration system via the disposal pump. A coagulant is added to the water by an automatic dosing unit, as a result of which the paint sludge in the circulating water is disbonded and can be separated more easily. The cleaning of the circulating water takes place in the separately arranged paint sludge filtration system. Depending on the paint system and plant version, the separation system is operated using a full or partial current method. Water-sprinkled spray walls/booths with underfloor paint mist extraction For the painting of large parts with a high paint throughput. The paint mist is sucked in under the grating cover. A substantial part of the overspray is already bound in the water by the constant sprinkling of the entire floor of the basin. The paint mist is washed out further in the lower section of the washout tower using a vortex washing system with downstream baffle plate separator. Optimum capture of the paint mist is guaranteed by the laminar air flow inside the booth. A further advantage over comparable systems is the low water basin height and the associated low foundation depth. The sludge formed by this is discharged using sludge filtration systems. Advantages
