The triple AOI system is designed for simultaneous inspection at the return conveyor and from top and bottom before and after wave soldering oven. It has three multi-LED illuminated scanner units, as well as patented special optics which generate a parallax free image. The System includes three modus control units. The transport module has a length of 1200mm (47.2 in.). Characteristics: Triple system for simultaneous inspection of top and bottom before and after the soldering process. Optional automatic cleaning of the lower inspection area with an air knife. Combination of different inspection tasks such as SMD placement, THT solder joints, conformal coating and full screening for solder beads (solder balls). Capture of any number of barcodes and data-matrix codes on the multi PCB. Scan range 420 x 530 mm

colorSENSOR OT sensors are fixed lens sensors with True Color detection. The sensor is equipped with a special illumination and optical system in order to perfom relative color measurements reliably even from a large distance. Apart from the optics, the models hardly differ from each other. The illumination can be disabled by software. OT sensors are also suitable for the color detection of self-luminous sources.

Our production facilities are fully up to date. Thanks to the adjustable design of our lines, we can easily implement special solutions. The 3D automatic optical inspection of SMD components combines 2D and 3D inspection at maximum speed. Some of our machines allow an inspection in 360 ° steps. Depending on the machine, excellent dynamic properties and the highest positioning speed can be achieved on the basis of linear drives.

Adaptive optics is a special form of high-performance laser mirrors. Their characteristic is that the mirror surface is designed as a membrane, which can be deformed in a controlled manner by pressure change on its back. The shape errors occurring in this case are extremely low; we tolerate them with a maximum of 0.0005 mm. Our adaptive optics are suitable for use with laser power up to 10 KW thanks to integrated direct water cooling and HR coating. Most common types are the adaptive optics with elliptical membrane as these can be used directly to the 90 ° deflection. They are identical to our standard planes of identical aperture and therefore do not need special housings. In addition to the elliptical varieties, LT Ultra also offers round adaptive mirrors. As a rule, these replace the concave spherical mirror of an existing telescopic beam expander directly at the resonator. Round adaptive mirrors can only be used with deflections <10 °. …

The Z+F PROFILER® 9020 and 9020-2 is a highly efficient 2D laser scanner for mobile mapping applications. The rotation speed of the Z+F PROFILER® 9020 is 267 Hz or 16,020 rpm max.. It measures up to 182 m and has a very high data quality. For data capturing in close range, it is equipped with special optics. Compared to previous models, it has an internal reference plate, a very low power consumption, very fast startup time and over 50% reduced weight and size. FLAT LED is a convincingly flat solution – for cases where it is not possible to integrate the luminaire into the machine wall. Dual stage models provide at least 60dB isolation and 80% transmission (> 67 dB and > 90% average) over individual wavelength ranges in total spanning 640 - 1100nm.

TOPTICA’s product line of Faraday Optical Isolators are specially designed and manufactured in-house by the laser experts of TOPTICA to give industry leading performance in single stage configurations. Single stage devices provide at least 35 dB isolation and 85% transmission (> 43 dB and > 92% average) over individual wavelength ranges in total spanning 392.5 - 427.5 nm and 630-1400 nm.
