Dr. Paul Lohmann® offers Calcium Acetate as powder, fine powder, granules, fine granules in chem. pure and food/pharma grade as well as for food supplements. For pharmaceutical applications, it is used as a phosphate binder. For food applications, it is used as acid regulator. For industrial applications, it is used as a thickener in calcium complex soaps, as a hardening accelerator for reinforced cements, and for precipitation of polymers from emulsion polymerization processes. This includes the adaptation of chemical and physical parameters such as bulk density, wettability, particle size, purity or pH-value.
