SL 800 provides optimal protection against wear and is suitable industry-wide. It contains premium active ingredients with long- lasting effects. The special lubricant protects all metal friction surfaces that are exposed to extreme temperatures and is there- fore suitable for use at temperatures of up to around 800ºC (to around 200ºC with dry lubrication) and will withstand cold down to around -35ºC. The bar feeder is supplied as standard with a Z-axis sliding unit to ensure free access to the Spindle Liner. This makes it easy to change the spindle insert tube. The compact solenoid lock SL convinces with a very high static holding force. The solenoid door lock integrates a high-performance linear solenoid, which has monostable design. The monostable design enables that the door can be locked every time when the solenoid is not energized. In order to unlock, the solenoid needs to be energized for a short time.

The "Metzner RPA 10-SL" is a powerful and flexible press automation system for handling indexable inserts and small ceramic parts for medium to large batch sizes. It has an integrated magazine system for up to ten sintering inserts. Empty sintering inserts are automatically removed from the magazine, loaded and then returned as required. In this way, the powder press automation works independently over a longer period of time without loading and unloading processes leading to a press stop. With its integrated 4-axis SCARA robot, the machine achieves very high system speeds of up to 30 stroke/min. The "RPA 10-SL" is operated conveniently via the integrated control or via the mobile operator terminal. At the push of a button, loaded sintering plates are removed and new ones received. Defined operating data are transferred to the press control via an interface.

The KKF3-SL, a universal chamfering and contour milling machine, has a measuring head attachment. Tools with a shaft diameter from Ø6-12 mm can be clamped in the milling cutter support. Our versatile tool range includes different VHM milling cutters and blade heads. The VHM milling cutters are available for the processing of chamfer angles and radii. Ball bearings with Ø6 or Ø8mm are used for contour processing with the VHM milling cutters. Tapered contour chamfers are used in combination with optional guide fingers or stop rulers. The use of cutter heads with cutting inserts and guide ball bearings starting at Ø10mm permit maximum efficiency. A guide prism with VHM shaft chamfering can optionally be used for straight edges. The exact chamfer setting is performed through a micrometer screw. A chamfer width of up to 6mm at 45° is possible in steel. In NE metals, significantly larger chamfers are possible depending on the tool and angle.

The tub vibratory finishing machine, which has a size similar to a washing machine, with a fill volume of 70 l is our standard machine and is ideal for prototypes and small series. A noise protection cover reduces the noise and makes it possible to work in a workshop. The right and left-hand circulation as well as speed regulation from 1,500 to 3,000 rpm provide for various processing possibilities. The abrasive material and workpieces are rotated through the generated vibration. The desired processing process is created through the contact of grinding bodies on workpieces. The programmable timer rounds off the autonomous work process. The machine has a modular construction and can be expanded with an optional paper filter and separator. Both are controlled centrally through the control panel on the TV 95-SL. We recommend the PF440 paper filter for simple and comfortable water treatment. The S95 separator simplifies the separation of grinding bodies and workpieces.
