Rotary Slip-type Preset Pokayoke (Error-proofing) Torque Wrench A preset torque wrench that prevents 3 problems: under-tightening, over-tightening, and other human tightening errors. QSPCAMS and QSPCALS are rotary slip-type torque wrenches with wired limit switch. When set torque is reached, rotary slip occurs with simultaneous output of a contact signal from the limit switch. Signals from the limit switch are captured on a programmable logic controller (PLC) or similar device to establish a Tightening Assurance System using assembly line interlock controls. The limit switch can be connected to a CNA-4mk3 count checker (sold separately) to easily create a tightening count management system. The set torque cannot be changed without using a special tool (sold separately), preventing the operator from changing torque by mistake. QSPCAMS and QSPCALS have a highly durable curly cord. This slipper has a bridge made of cotton in natural beige. The sole is made of palm sole with cotton at the bottom. Different from most other slippers, our slippers contain no plastics such as EVA or other synthetic foam. Cotton and palm leaves are 100% compostable materials and their disposal cause no harm to the environment. Each pair is packaged in a kraft paper wrap ring Logo can be customised as per request. Note: This slipper is more suitable for carpet areas. Optional: Small silicone dots (< 1% of the entire product) that give an additional anti-slippery effect can be added if required. Silicone is non-toxic and more environmentally friendly than conventional plastic. Please let us know if you wish to add silicone dots for an adiitional anti-slip effect.

The cotton fabric is sourced from suppliers who do not use synthetic agricultural chemicals. Cotton is 100% compostable and causes no harm to the environment after disposal.
