With our textile-based electric elements we offer a better solution for surface heating in comparison to classic silicone heater. We can offer flexible heating elements manufactured from three different insulation materials: silicone, polyimide (Kapton) or polyester. Each of these materials possess different properties which make them suitable for diverse applications. Silicone heaters can also be produced in very large sizes, whereas polyimide is significantly thinner and polyester unbeatable in price when it comes to high quantities. All three of them are bespoke products made according to your needs, so within the bounds of what is technically feasible you as the customer can determine almost every feature of your heater. This can include; voltage, wattage, dimensions, shape, sensors, leads, plus much more. Due to their low thermal mass flexible polymer insulated heaters distinguish themselves by a very short response time and excellent controllability.

The HSSD - Side Drum Heater is an easy and actual aid to the warming of steel barrels. It has got a higher efficiency than the Insulated Jacket HISD, but no thermal insulating function. For a very quick heating and higher temperatures up to three drum heaters can be used simultaneously for a 200-liter barrel. The Side Drum Heater is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can of course be made to measure, too. HSSD - Side Drum Heaters are suitable in particular to defrost frozen or other products, thus allowing to empty the barrels rapidly. Soaps, fats, varnishes and oily products can be melted as well, respectively reduced in their viscosity. In addition, the 200-liter element can be used in conjunction with the HBD Base Drum Heater to shorten the heating-up time further.

Our product range provides solutions for a wide range of applications. Our sealing compounds and adhesives are mainly used within the high temperature range. All wezi-lit products distinguish themselves by their high quality and excellent processing properties. They are characterised by a special recipe that adapts them to the specific needs of the required application whether it is elastic or highstrength, heatresistant or fireproof, or free of asbestos and fibres. We can also customise desired processing properties such as viscosity and longterm storage. If required, we produce the water glass based sealant separationfree, so that no sedimentation occurs during a container's storage.

Silicone heaters and Kapton heaters are preferred surface heating elements for laboratory equipment and medical technology due to their easy handling and variety of shapes. Like Kapton polyimide heating foils, silicone heaters are resistant to continuous temperatures of up to 200 °C, with self-adhesive foil up to 180 °C. When designing silicone heaters and Kapton foil heaters, the designer has almost unlimited degrees of freedom. This applies to the minimum and maximum dimensions, which are set within wide limits, as well as to contours and recesses, holes and feed-throughs of any kind. The good shape flexibility of silicone heating mats and foils as well as Kapton polyimide heaters also enables the heating of cylindrical, conical or rounded surfaces. The resistance of polyimides to fungi, bacteria, ozone, weather, ageing and most chemicals, acids and solvents is very good, making polyimide (Kapton) heaters an ideal solution for many critical applications.

The HISDpro - Side Drum Heater is a simple yet effective silicone insulated drum heater for the heating of barrels up to 90°C. The Silicone heating jacket is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can be manufactured to customer specifications as well. HISDpro heater jackets are particularly suited to melt soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products, or respectively reduce their viscosity. The 200-liter element can be combined with the HBD - base drum heater to reduce the heat-up time. These heater jackets are not only used on drums but also containers and any kind of glass-fibre reinforced plastics. They can be produced with any number of belts, e.g. to enable them to be clamped on to rotor blades.

We offer an extensive range of drum and barrel heaters and container heaters: Heating jackets, silicone drum heaters, base drum heaters and insulating but unheated drum jackets and lids for heating and insulating plastic and metal drums respectively containers. According to the destined application we use polyester, silicone, teflon and glass fibre for our drum heaters and container heaters. Some of the materials are coated and multi-layered resp. combined. Our drum heaters can be used individually and in combination and can be ordered and delivered online (shop.freek.de) for all standard drum sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 litres). Of course, we also manufacture our heating jackets, heating sleeves, base heaters and insulating bonnets individually to fit your container and your special application. HC - Heating cabinets If you heat several drums or containers together or need a container heater for the ATEX area, the heating cabinets from our partner Amarc are the right choice.

The high flexibility of msquare's silicone heating blankets is unique on the market. They fit perfectly into the component surface and due to the close contact, the blankets enable an excellent, very homogeneous heat transfer into the material. Whether using resistance or induction technology, the temperature distribution over the heating blanket surface has proven to be more homogeneous than with conventional heating elements. A special highlight of the msquare heating blanket is the integrated vacuum channel. It creates a perfect seal of the heating blanket to the outside. Air can be extracted through the channels and vacuum can be generated. A separate vacuum device is no longer required. This saves time and consumables. And yet the heating process takes place under vacuum conditions. High repair quality is guaranteed.
