Novelis SP80 is the name of a particularly abrasion-resistant paint system for roller shutter slats based on polyamide-treated premium polyurethane.

Our pre-painted products are specially made for the requirements of aluminum shutters, sunbreakers and windows, protecting not just exteriors, but interiors as well. At Novelis, we collaborate with our clients to bring their visions to life, enhanced by aluminum’s practical benefits from aesthetics to cost-effectiveness that the material provides in these building and construction applications. Outside, rolling aluminum shutters, sunbreakers and windows provide a barrier to weather. In oceanfront and surrounding areas, they can also serve as protection from high winds and storms that can break windows and damage property. In many cases, the protection these aluminum window shutters afford can reduce insurance premiums in such storm-prone zones. Inside, these structures can provide privacy, sound insulation and light-level control, making for a better interior environment, whether the building is commercial or residential.

The RT U60 Pro shuttering system for the production of girder slabs and double walls is tailor-made pursuant to all customer requirements, such as robot handling, chamfering options, bearing fixtures and much more. With built-in magnetic automatic components based on our "Made in Germany” Pro Magnet series, the RT U60 Pro is extremely reliable and durable.

The TT Pro slab shuttering system from RATEC makes shuttering and demoulding of TT ceiling elements as easy as it gets. The system reduces the setup and retooling time by more than 5%. No crane is needed. When combined with the SPB 900 and the clamping adapter for the top header as well as the EURO RTM 900 for side shuttering, no welding is necessary, which reduces the setup time even further. The economy of scale is unbeatable.

The SAS Standard Automatic Shuttering is as unique as the shuttering challenges of our customers. We cut the system precisely to your requirements. The SAS is suitable for robots and can be configured for each shuttering robot. This makes it the perfect shuttering solution for automated operation, particularly in circulation systems. With integrated magnetic components with a retaining force of 900 – 2100 kg, it reduces the shuttering work steps to mere positioning and activation of the magnets.

Simple and versatile – a wide variety of shuttering tasks can be easily accomplished with the MST. Thanks to its low weight, the MST is very easy to handle without a crane. The system's excellent static properties and fl exibility make the MST a true all-rounder for manual operation.

The SAS-MF Module Flex shuttering system for solid and sandwich wall and ceiling panels is available in lengths of 500 mm to 8000 mm and features a modular variable height from 100 mm to 500 mm. The SAS-MF is optimised for quick shuttering skin changeovers and is suitable for many different types of shuttering skin (wood, alkus, smooth steel, tongue and groove, shear key, steel or rope connection loops). With a base, it is possible to implement various heights and shuttering shapes by changing the front plate. Even complicated element geometries and protruding reinforcements are possible.

Practical and flexible – with the new "Easy Form" shuttering system, even the most difficult shuttering situations can be dealt with quickly and easily. Different ribs allow for the shuttering height to be adapted seamlessly. With the flat base, protruding reinforcements from a height of 25 mm are possible. Easy Form is designed as a modular system, which can be easily expanded, supplemented and flexibly used even with just a few components. In combination with the vast range of accessories, this system always has the right answer for any shuttering situation.

The PSV Pro System Vario is the classic all-rounder among adapter systems for the SPB Standard Pro Magnetic Box. Above all, customers benefit from its versatility and quick and easy manual handling. As a modular system, it is ideally suited for complex or frequently changing shuttering tasks, and it can be used very flexibly. Ideal areas of application are recesses for doors and windows, as well as transversal shuttering in support of other systems or a fi xed side shuttering.

The advanced laser shutter DS200X8 combines with its short closing time of less than 15 ms. a long mechanical service life with the possibility of detecting the position and monitoring the mirror temperature. When the shutter is closed, the laser beam is absorbed in the beam trap. A laser power of up to 100 W is possible.

Based on our rotary solenoid D2, Kendrion offers a wide range of highly reliable optical shutters for blocking light and laser beams in the field of optical safety technology. The optical shutter D23 forms the technical basis with remarkable properties and can be used in a wide range of applications, e.g. in medical instruments, aeronautical instruments, fiber optic signal transmission systems and in mass photometry. The D23 optical shutter impresses with maximum reliability, durability and a fast switching time of approx. 15 ms. With at least 10 million switching cycles, the Shutter D23 is designed for reliable continuous operation.

Based on our smallest rotary solenoid D1, Kendrion offers a compact miniature shutter in the field of optical safety technology. The D16 shutter is characterized above all by its high reliability and long service life of 2.5 million switching cycles. In addition, this shutter has a fast closing time of less than 20 ms.

Based on the CDR030 bistable rotary solenoid, Kendrion offers a bistable shutter in the field of optical safety technology, which enables de-energized holding in both end positions. The end positions are held by the built-in permanent magnets. This makes the shutter design very energy-saving. The CDR030 shutter is also characterized by its high reliability and long service life of 20 million switching cycles. In addition, the shutter has a typical closing time of 20 ms.

roller shutter housing connector We worked with a customer from the construction sector to develop a GRP connecting element that optimally connects the window frame and window blind box. This transfers the high mechanical loads exerted by wind in an optimal way. At the same time, the GRP profile improves the insulation capability of the entire system. The GRP profiles are drilled and counterbored on a large scale using a CNC machine, thus making installation significantly easier for the workmen.

With the SPB Standard Pro Magnetic Box, we have set the standard for switchable shuttering magnets in the precast concrete plant. The SPB is the original and offers absolute reliability and durability with its integrated Pro-Magnet, even in difficult conditions. The magnetic retaining core is tested regularly in our own magnet production to meet the specified retaining force. The SPB is ready to accommodate adapters and various shuttering skin carriers, which offer countless usage possibilities and thus maximum flexibility for the future. The Verbus rib screw connection offers countless possibilities for attaching shuttering skin carriers of all types and for integrating systems such as, e.g. Doka, Peri, H-beam carriers or RATEC shuttering systems.

In addition to the various possibilities of using robots, we also offer different lifting beams for demoulding and easy handling, both for use with RATEC shuttering within and outside the centre of gravity. Our lifting beams are tailored to our shuttering by means of intelligent attachment solutions, allowing for safe and straightforward handling in the plant.

The EURO RTM standard magnets were the first magnetic components to introduce magnetic shuttering solutions to modern precast concrete production. With their compact design and reliable retaining force, they are still suitable for many shuttering tasks and are used today in numerous plants. The special shape allows for various accessory components to be slipped over and safely fixed in place through positive locking.

All series are available with or without handlebar grip and with or without additional holes to accommodate angles.
