The wear face film has a special surface pattern (WT), the reverse face being smooth (F). Riga Trans Heavy is overlaid with a special wear resistant dark brown film. Overlaying A smooth phenol or UV resistant film, which is hot-pressed onto the surface, is used as an overlay. The phenol film is composed of a basic paper which is impregnated with phenol resin. The UV resistant film is impregnated with special thermosetting mixture of polymers containing amino resins. On special request, panels can be overlaid with wear resistant phenol film or/and multi-layer phenol film and both the faces can have a wire mesh pattern.
