Compact Rail is a linear system consisting of steel linear rails with induction hardened raceways and high precision radial ball bearing sliders, also made of hardened steel. Thanks to their self-aligning capabilities, Compact Rail linear guides simplify the project, improve the performance and reduce the overall cost of application. Compact Rail linear guides are easy to install on all types of surfaces, including non-machined ones. Compact Rail linear guides feature a robust steel slider with ball bearings, self-centering heads with wipers, longitudinal seals to protect the internal components and a top sealing strip. The slider body is accurately finished with matte longitudinal edge chamfer and a shining ground flat surface. The slider heads are equipped with special slow release felt pads and are free to rotate with respect to the slider body, so that the felts are always in contact with the raceways to ensure optimal lubrication.

Our rubber-coated metal strips are used in numerous applications, such as engine and aggregate seals. In addition to NBR, we also coat metal strip with EPDM, NR, HNBR and FPM in thicknesses of 10 μm - 2 mm. The metal strips can also be coated with an anti-friction coating, which offers extremely high resistance to heat and special sliding ability. The resulting further processing quality enables them to be used wherever parts made of metal strip with sealing, sound-absorbing or vibration-damping properties are required. The very good bonding between elastomer and metal, combined with outstanding deep-drawing properties, shows the superiority of this coating. The metal strips can also be top-coated with decorative lacquers on both the metal and the rubber coated side (e.g. as a distinguishing feature in the company's own production for top and bottom sides).

Our special types of sealing brushes consist of 16 particular plastic profiles which we can supply in a comprehensive range of variations. The two constructions of sealing brushes are: Strip brush construction: that means our strip brushes with metal backing are mounted in plastic profiles. Punched brush construction: consisting of a solid plastic profile with bundle holes in which the fill material has been mechanically anchored. Depending on the fill material you can choose a fill density of high EA1, medium EA2 or low EA3. You can choose:- all fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, wires and synthetic filaments. - different trim heights (BH) (free bristle length) We can also supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Anti-corrosion flexible one-sided self-adhesive butyl sealing strip, made of highly elastic, synthetic rubber (butyl) of soft rubber-like texture. It adheres reliably without heating. The butyl sealing strip is driven apart by the contact pressure, but due to its elasticity and plastic properties it penetrates into the smallest joints and unevenness and thus provides an optimum sealing. It can be drawn out to wafer-thin films by hand. Even high contact pressure level is not able to destroy the film. Non-ageing, UV-resistant, watertight, non-shrink, tight towards water vapour, seawater resistant. A sealant between metal, wood, plastics, organic glass and silicate glass with and among each other. It seals rivet and screw joints, flanged and folded connections. Sealing between metals prevents galvanic /electrolytical corrosion. Does not corrode Plexiglas, metal, wood, oil- and synthetic resin paints and does not contain any corroding ingredients.

fako® Sealing putty 3765, made of butylrubber, has been developed as a supplement to the fako® Sealing strip 3714, for most sealing purposes where absolute resistance to ageing is required and for which an intermediate layer of 0.8 mm to 1 mm has to be used. In combination with the Sealing strip 3714 most desired thickness’s can be obtained for seals. The putty does not become hard but remains plastic and elastic. To fulfil its requirements the putty has not only to be elastic but also plastic so that, when pressed, it will penetrate into any gaps and remain, thus forming a complete seal. Technically this is only possible through a combination of two basic materials with the same chemical composition but with different molecular weights. With two components the above requirement is met for both sufficient penetration depth and stability of the kit at the same time. By simple filling with a putty knife, you can obtain a min. thickness of approx. 0.2 to 0.3 mm. Priming is not required.
