The frictionless, no-wear characteristics of GMN non-contact seals offer effective, economical and ecological solutions for modern applications in and outside of the machine tool industry. Thanks to the non-contact design of the inner and outer ring, GMN labyrinth seals guarantee completely frictionless operation and therefore offer a wide range of benefits for a whole host of applications and uses.

Retention samples are kept to provide a sample for comparison at a later date. The unambiguous proof that the retention sample is identical to the original sample is only possible with clearly marked and sealed containers. However, sealing is frequently not possible unless eyelets are present. seal-it provides the solution! The seal-it self-adhesive label sticks to all conventional containers. Thanks to its unbelievable adhesive power it cannot be removed. If a container opening is closed with seal-it, then the container cannot be opened without destroying the seal-it label. seal-it is additionally provided with several cross-perforations which immediately tear when manipulated like a motorcar tax disc.

Impulse sealing device Eco-Sealer-200 Film sealing devices / impulse sealing devices of the Eco-Sealer series: The ECO-Sealer series is a very economical solution for sealing / sealing smaller runs. They are also suitable as an entry point for manually sealing your packaging. Our ECO sealers are ideal for sealing / sealing PE (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) films. They do not require any warm-up time, they are ready to use immediately after activation. In addition, they have an adjustable timer with indicator light, which helps you to create the optimal weld seam / sealed seam for your film. We seal your housings, control cabinets or lighting units, apply adhesives or cast electronic components. In addition to the proven, high-performance 2-component PUR seals (FIPFG), we cover other important areas of application for our customers by applying homogeneous 1-component seals. For example, if your application requires higher temperature and/or chemical resistance or may be less compressible than a foamed seal. Our one-component, elastic solutions are also used for electrically conductive seals. We dose silicones, polyurethanes or MS polymers in liquid, unreacted form directly onto your component. True to contour on the smallest geometries, extremely adhesive and durable. Perfect sealing – sealing, gluing, casting directly on the component. Absolutely true to the contour and directly onto your component. We enable our customers to do this in series thanks to state-of-the-art dosing systems.

PDR - Side-entry agitator Side-entry agitator for mixing below liquid surface. The PDR is a simple side-entry-agitator for mixing below the liquid surface. The PDR is recommended for applications where low viscous liquids are mixed turbulently in high tanks and where a top-entry mixer would be too heavy due to its shaft length and –diameter. The sealing between the agitator and the vessel is done by means of a single-acting, internal mechanical seal which is lubricated by the mixing product or an additional fluid The agitator shaft is connected to the drive directly with a flange coupling inside the seal housing. By default, this agitator series is supplied with marine type propellers. Other mixing elements according to the mixing task upon request. Solutions correspond to those of the SPR, additionally mechanical seal in sealing housing. Other solutions for this series upon request.

Environmentally friendly single-material solution for secure sealing of paper and corrugated board packaging.

The weld tools safely seal the foil even with fine coffee residues present within the sealing zone. This complete solution consists of an ultrasonic generator, stack, guiding rail, force build-up and drive system. The compact, modular design allows for implementation of multi-lane, space-optimized solutions. In this concept it is possible to separately adjust parallel feed and sealing force for each lane. As a result optimum sealing results can be achieved.

Bonded seals are a cost-effective solution for bolt/thread sealing. They offer reliable high and low pressure sealing capability and are able to perform in a wide range temperatures. The seal itself is made up of a disc consisting of a metallic ring and a rubber sealing pad bonded together.

Cloning cylinders or rings are ideally suited for separate cloning if individual cells or cell groups on a nutrient solution. A specific cell or cell group is separated from the other cells in the nutrient solution by simply placing the cloning ring over it. The rings are made of high-grade borosilicate glass, and can be thermally sterilized without problems. The ring faces are ground perfectly flat, enabling the rings to be fixed e.g. to the floor of a Petri dish by means of a suitable grease. Subsequently, the nutrient solution is filled into the ring. The grease provides a seal between the ring and the Petri dish, whereby the precision-ground flat end ensures that very little grease is required to provide an optimum seal. The same applies in the case of Petri dishes prepared with a nutrient solution – here, the seal is provided simply by pressing the ring into the solution and down to the floor of the dish. Sealing compounds for crown corks The EPSeal 100 series is designed for crown corks and can be used for carbonated beverages including lemonades, beer, mineral water, juices and milk based drinks. Different versions accommodate all the beverage processing systems including sterilisation. Additional versions address steel down-gauging as well as twist off crown applications. Our laser marking versions support beverage promotion strategies. Oil free grades are also available. Tested by Nehring and VLB Berlin Odour and taste of a mineral water stored in a light box and sealed with a crown cork lined with EPSeal 100 had no taste or odour deviation. The angle encoders without integral bearing (modular angle encoders) are intended for integration in machine elements or apparatuses.
