Our special types of sealing brushes consist of 16 particular plastic profiles which we can supply in a comprehensive range of variations. The two constructions of sealing brushes are: Strip brush construction: that means our strip brushes with metal backing are mounted in plastic profiles. Punched brush construction: consisting of a solid plastic profile with bundle holes in which the fill material has been mechanically anchored. Depending on the fill material you can choose a fill density of high EA1, medium EA2 or low EA3. You can choose:- all fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, wires and synthetic filaments. - different trim heights (BH) (free bristle length) We can also supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. These brush types are especially versatile to mount and visually adaptable. The core material is PVC, resistant to acids and alcalines and suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +60°C. We deliver our standard types from stock in 15 different profile types, filled with synthetic filaments of polyamide (PA6) and polypropylene (PP). As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths.

These types of brushes are particularly versatile in the way in which they can be mounted and in which they harmonise visually. 11 standard types of sealing brushes with aluminium profiles are available from stock, filled with polyamide (PA6), polypropylene (PP) and soft horse hair (mane hair MAH).As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths.

We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

Our standard types we supply from stock in 7 different profile types made of galvanised steel, heat-resistant also in high thermal fluctuations. The stock types are filled with polyamide (PA6), mane hair (MAH) and phosphorbronze-wire (PHB).

Additional to the versatility of 11 particular types of aluminium profiles they can be supplied anodised resp. plastic coated in all RAL colours. The guide vanes control the inflow of water in turbines. These vanes run in sliding bearings. To give the bearings longer term protection from water infiltration, the inner sealing MANOY® system seal WP, type 428, was developed for standard specifications. Type 487 with integral scraper was designed for high specifications due to abrasive constituents in the water and/or long inspection intervals. The housing for this seal must be open. The profile dimensions of both versions can be customized to adapt to existing groove designs.

Our yoke type track rollers are available as single or double row needle roller or cylindrical roller bearings. Depending on the application requirements, the KIS range offers different ready-to-fit variants. Equipped with particularly thick-walled outer rings, our yoke type track rollers can support high radial loads and tolerate axial loads from minor misalignments, skewed running or short-term start-up shocks. Yoke type track rollers are mounted on axles and supported on a flat raceway (mating track). To meet specific requirements, we offer a wide range of different variants. Together with you, we develop the customised KIS solution carefully considering the use of cages, rib rings, seals and the profile of the outer ring running surface.

A double-acting O-Ring energized piston seal which includes a polyurethane seal ring - suitable for dynamic applications. The Zurcon® Wynseal is a tear and abrasion resistant seal with an especially high sealing effect, aided by the special design of the seal edge profile.

The Turcon® Variseal® M2S is a single acting seal with scraper lip, based on the design of the Variseal® M2, consisting of a U-shaped seal jacket and a corrosion resistant V-spring. The asymmetric seal profile works well even in media with high viscosity and the Turcon® material and V-spring makes it compatible with a wide variety of fluids and chemicals.

Profiles and sealing systems often require ventilation holes or mounting holes. Drilling equipment from Metzner carries out these tasks. We provide the following solutions adapted to your specific requirements: - In-line as an eccentric drilling station for regular drilling at equal distances - In-line as travelling drilling station for drilling at the same or variable distance - In-line as "drilling beam", which carries out all drillings for an entire sealing profile with variable distances in one operation - Off-line for drilling in combination with final trimming The machine is equipped with drilling spindles with very high speeds of up to 60,000 revolutions per minute. An exact drill hole is thus achieved in a short cycle time. The geometry of the drills ensures that the waste falls to the outside.

With automatic continuous punching machines, machine and tool merge into a high-performance system with high output and remarkable flexibility. Whether sealing profiles for the automotive industry, applications for furniture, or household appliances – complex trimming is often required here. Thanks to the Metzner automatic throughfeed punching machines, processing operations such as contour cutting, drilling and milling can be integrated into a throughfeed system. All these machines store all machining parameters and machine settings in a machining recipe. When starting production, an integrated barcode scanner activates all presettings on the basis of the working papers and simultaneously reports the correct tool and material on the machine display. The barcode also contains the required quantities and lengths. Thanks to well thought-out quick-change systems, tools and materials are generally changed within no more than 30 seconds, minimizing downtimes.

Profiles for the furniture industry, such as guide rails for furniture with sliding doors, brush seal profiles and brackets as screens. Made mainly from ABS, PVC and PS, each in one colour. Equipped with brush seals, for example, and adhesive tape for fixing. Additional fixing options include screwing, clamping and bolting.
