Screen printing (traditionally: serigraphy) is a printing process in which the printing ink is applied to the material through a fine-meshed textile fabric using a wiper through-printing process. The mesh openings are color-impermeable (closed) or open like a stencil. The color application can be varied through different fabric fineness and high color layer thicknesses can be achieved. Sub-anodized printing is a combination of anodized and screen printing processes, in which the color is printed into the open anodized layer and then specially compressed. Abrasion-resistant, weatherproof, multi-colored prints are created within the anodized layer that are resistant to cleaning agents and grease. The system comes with four 42 megapixel cameras and a high-performance control unit. LED lighting including LED control is also included in the delivery. Screen Printer PMAXII Large scale printers such as the PMAXII from JUKI made by GKG are designed for three shift operation and a long service life with low maintenance requirements. The machine table and squeegee carrier are cast, not welded. Therefore guaranteeing high torsion resistance and ensuring the print accuracy will remain unchanged for years. JUKI’s PMAXII handles large circuit boards of sizes up to 1,220 × 800 mm and has notably specialised on LED applications.
