BlueInOne Ferm is an online gas analyzer for biotechnological processes. It features the parallel online estimation of CO2 and O2 combined in one compact, space saving sensor. The BlueInOne Ferm is pressure and humidity compensated and can be applied for fermenters of each size and brand. No matter if lab scale or production the BlueInOne Ferm analyzer works independent from flow, offers various mechanical connections and comprises various data output possibilities. BlueInOne Ferm is state-of-the-art. It´s PAT and QbD conform and stands for highest precision and reliability.

BlueVCount measures gas volumes in reactions of all kind. It is applicable for fermentations, degradation studies, substrate comparison studies, wastewater treatment, bioethanol or hydrogen production and is especially helpful in bio methane potential (BMP) determinations in industry and academia. Gas volume measurement delivers important information about the process and helps to optimize yields and process procedures. BlueVCount is a volume measuring unit with a 1 ml cylinder that is equipped with an oil (special) sealed magnetic piston. It counts how often 1 ml gas comes through the cylinder and reports it to the integrated display or via Modbus RTU to a software (e.g. BlueVIS). A minimum flow is not necessary.

The analyzer for carbon dioxide and oxygen has been specially designed for monitoring cell growth processes in biotechnology. The device can be installed directly in the exhaust flow of the bioprocess and measures the concentration of CO2 and O2 there in real-time. The BlueInOne Cell automatically compensates any fluctuations of pressure and humidity in the system. The readings are therefore extremely accurate even under fluctuating measuring conditions. The BlueInOne Cell gas analyzer is fitted with an IR CO2 sensor, as well as a electrochemical oxygen sensor with galvanic cell. The O2 detector offers a measuring range of 0-100 % Vol. for oxygen, long-term stability and has a very high resolution of 50 ppm. The device can also analyze anaerobic processes with high precision.
