C-CureEdge® C-shaped edge loops help to prevent catching during installation and operation of your conveyor belt especially during tight conveyor-to-conveyor transfers. C-CureEdge® edge loops also add an extra layer of safety to your belt by minimizing the risk of catching during contact. C-CureEdge® is available on many Flat-Flex®, Flat-Flex® XT®, and comes standard on Compact-Grid™ conveyor belts.

Using EZ-Splice® belt joining strand during installation will dramatically extend your belt life! Belt installations that are rushed and improperly made are often the cause of belt breakage and downtime. EZ-Splice® is a pre-formed, pre-bent joining strand that requires no bending or weaving during installation. This helps to prevent any weak spots in the belt joint.

Flex-Turn® curved systems offer a hygienic solution for product transport without changing alignment or spacing. They minimise the risk of product damage and are ideal for sensitive goods, especially in the food industry. The necessity to spread/separate or converge products while they are moving on a process belt conveyor is a major requirement for a wide range of food, confectionery and industrial applications.
