Working overhead, in a stooped position, with respiratory protection or in heavy protective suits these and many other requirements can have a negative impact on work efficiency and safety. The WOMA Jetty now makes cleaning work with highpressure water more comfortable, more efficient and safer. This is made possible by a manipulator that is as manoeuvrable as it is robust and can be controlled via remote control. This means a consistently high quality of work even for hardtoreach work areas. Four extendable legs allow an enlarged footprint for outstanding stability in any environment. Depending on the task to be performed, different water tools can be used with the WOMA Jetty.

PRODUCT INFORMATION The ignition wool is produced exclusively in Germany, at the production site of BOOMEX GmbH in Alsfeld. Due to the expansion of the mechanical equipment in recent years, the degree of automation and the production capacity was increased significantly. BOOMEX GmbH operates the most modern production plant for ignition wool in Europe at the Alsfeld plant. In addition to the FLASH brand, many of the private brands of BOOMEX customers from the food retail trade, discount stores and the DIY industry are produced here.

The spindle extension SamSpindle, has been specially designed for the extension of lathe spindles. Together with the bar feeder Multi 3000 it forms a safe, clean and efficient solution. The SamSpindle operates oil and air free. There is no mechanical connection to the lathe. Only a minimum of moving parts and masses. These are: the rotating bar, the guide rings and the inner cage of the ball bearings. The guide rings mounted in the roller bearings keep the bars in the centre of the SamSpindle cartridge. Thanks to this technique, round or test bars can be rotated at high speed, ensuring remarkably smooth running. You can turn drawn, round or profile bars, with correct straightness, at the maximum spindle speed of the lathe. This allows us to guarantee workpieces with high precision. The SamSpindle spindle extension offers maximum safety. It does not allow access to parts in motion. The moving parts are all enclosed in the SamSpindle cartridge, which is closed by a safety nut.

The further development of our deburring grinding plates are our patented deburring segments FAPI-FLEX-SAT (patent no. DE20304860 U1). These advanced deburring segments were developed in collaboration with the company Timesavers from the Netherlands. Fast, safe and clean deburring or edge rounding of sheet metal parts is no longer a problem when using these tools. Deburring grinding segments can also be individually adapted depending on the application. We would be pleased to advise you on which deburring discs can be used in your processing, in order to achieve top process results. Please note, other trim types are available upon request!

The PurWipe® V3 is a newly developed presaturated microfiber nonwoven wipe, which consists purely of synthetic fibers and boasts a high absorbency combined with reduced particle emission. This wipe‘s microfibers ensure an effective cleaning performance on all types of surfaces. This in combination with the high tear and abrasion resistance make this wipe an innovative and safe solution for cleaning and disinfection in cleanrooms. The OPTIBAR LC 1010 is a submersible level probe for water and wastewater, environmental engineering and OEM applications. It is particularly suitable for continuous hydrostatic level measurement in water wells, rainwater retention and overflow basins or tanks. The level transmitter features a robust stainless steel housing and a high overload-resistant ceramic diaphragm for long-term operation. The diaphragm is flush mounted for safe and easy cleaning on site. The level probe comes with pre-configured measuring ranges from 100 mbar / 1.5 psi to up to 10 bar / 150 psi. Customer-specific ranges are available on request. Its corrosion-resistant TPE cable is approved for use in potable water applications. The OPTIBAR LC 1010 features a 4…20 mA output and optional HART®7 for convenient configuration. The level probe can also be provided with an integrated Pt100 temperature sensor.
