This torque sensor is qualified for static and dynamic measurements on non-rotary applications. Further the measurement of reaction torques on rotating machine parts is possible. Especially the torque sensors with flanges are preferred. They are mounted between motor and stator, e.g. in agitator drives. This enables a maintenancefree torque measurement. For individual measuring tasks the design of our torque sensors can be adapted to the customer’s installation conditions. Our fully automatic flowpack machines are suitable either for high-speed applications or airtight film packaging requirements as well as for paper packaging, depending on the version selected. The machines feature either rotating or box motion transversal sealing units, with selection of a longitudinal seam either above or below. Each machine can be combined with a wide range of feed systems, such as finger conveyor chains or infeed belts. With our ability to handle everything from PP or aluminium laminated films through to Tyvek® – anything is possible. Coated paper can also be used for flowpack production. Our flowpack machines are also available as hygienically designed versions.

Upenders are designed to safely tilt big and heavy coils – either from horizontal into vertical or reversed. This fast and easy coil handling solution gets rid of “adventurous” tilting methods that often will endanger the operator. Chains and other lifting aids which damage the coil rims become obsolete. Upenders allow 90 degrees tilting of coils; Combination machines will also rotate 180 degrees. Both can handle up to 25 tons.

WIWOX® Spintec top loader spray chamber washing systems are the solution for fast parts cleaning in maintenance! The parts to be cleaned are placed in the washing basket of the system from above. During the washing process, cleaning fluid is sprayed onto the parts from below, above and from the sides. The basket rotates inside the machine, resulting in an even washing result. The detergent reservoir is located in the bottom of the machine and is also equipped with a heater.

Optimum surface cleaning with KAMAT high-pressure rotating nozzles In order to ensure a surface treatment with excellent results and within a reasonable time, we have developed special externally driven rotating nozzles suitable for our high pressure pumps: Depending on the customer's requirements, our nozzles can be driven pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically. With traditional, self-powered rotating nozzles, the water jet hits an angle before it exits the nozzle, causing the nozzle to rotate. Driving the rotating nozzle causes the water jet to lose energy and is therefore much less efficient. Our externally driven rotary nozzles concentrate the hydraulic energy entirely on the machining process. KAMAT rotating nozzles provide coherent jets that can be moved precisely and quickly over large areas. In the case of externally driven rotation, the hydraulic energy is used entirely on the surface being sprayed, giving excellent and efficient results on surfaces.

Metzner has developed the mandrel cutting machines of the SR series for cutting off sealing rings from injection-moulded or extruded tubes with different diameters. These machines are characterised by their unique processing method and high cutting quality. First, pre-extended "rubber tubes" are clamped onto mandrels. Due to the special design of the mandrels, the mandrel can be set up and removed quickly and without special previous knowledge. The mandrels are then automatically clamped in the machine between rotating spindles and production is started. A knife carriage travels along the tubes and cuts the flat sealing rings to the desired length with either push-fit or circular knives, depending on the requirements. This cutting method is particularly impressive with its high cutting quality in combination with a high output.

EXTREMELY GENTLE PROCESSINGRotating barrels offer a cost-effective and technically ideal solution, particularly when processing small parts in medium batches. This helps you get fine surfaces with neatly rounded workpiece edges, thanks also to the relatively long processing times. Trowal rotating barrels are also excellent for fine finishing and polishing. SOPHISTICATED TECHNOLOGY The barrel body is an octagonal, welded, biconal structure. It generates a triple sliding action in the mass of abrasive media with the workpieces to be processed. The lining consists of tear-proof rubber or PU, with the tight-sealing safety cover made of polyurethane. BARREL BODY WITH LIFTING AND LOWERING DEVICE The automatic lifting and lowering device lets you quickly feed and empty the barrel body. This is a major advantage, especially when processing times are short and when you are operating multiple rotating barrels.

Industrial parts cleaning with the Perkute Toploader Series The PERKUTE rotating basket cleaning machine from the Toploader series is used wherever effective and inexpensive cleaning of parts of any kind is necessary. The rotating basket, designed for large weights, is powered by means of a low-wear friction wheel drive and the aqueous cleaning in the spray process takes place by means of a nozzle pipe system with special flat-spray nozzles that is arranged on 3 sides. A powerful washing pump supplies the system with the necessary pressure and volume flow. The parts cleaning machines, made completely of non-rusting special steel, istinguish themselves by their compact and robust construction as well as simple handling. They are mobile to deploy and designed to be space-saving. Customisation for individual cleaning tasks can be optimised through a comprehensive range of accessories.

The sensor model M625B01 with side connection is suitable for a wide variety of standard applications with a measuring range of 50 g. The industrial precision sensors operate in the frequency range up to 15 kHz and can be used in an ambient temperature up to 121 °C. Acceleration sensors with a low lower limit frequency and high sensitivity are available for monitoring very slowly rotating machines. Depending on the workpiece geometry and size, we offer various coating solutions by means of a chain-on-edge system and a round indexing table. To meet individual requirements, either a vertical or a horizontal chain-on-edge system can be used. The uniform radial pole division offers significant advantages compared to magnetic chucks with parallel pole or square pole division in particular when processing rings and discs that are difficult to hold as well as sleeves. A higher stability and stiffness can be achieved through radial pole division in particular with larger diameters. A centric through-hole can be incorporated in the area that has no active magnet. The electropermanent magnetic chuck EPMradial from Assfalg is ideal for clamping big, rotationally-symmetrical workpieces (for example, bearing ring processing) starting at a diameter of 400 mm, in particular on rotating and milling machines as well as drilling machines without distortion. The EPMradial electropermanent magnetic chuck permits an extreme takeoff during the hard processing of rings. The highest precision is achieved during grinding work.

The Avanti nozzle was specially developed to free frozen sewage pipes from ice. Of course, it can also be used to remove comparable deposits, such as light rooting, mineral deposits, etc.

The Roto-Max is specially designed for use in industrial water. The milling head is made of hardened stainless steel and therefore has a long service life. Most customers buy the Roto-Max incl. a guide cage and nozzle inserts made of ceramic in order to be able to work in pipe diameters from DN 80 to DN 600 without any problems.

The standard chain slinger is used with link chains and can also be used purposefully without a guide cage up to DN 300.
