Siegling Extremultus drag belts are special developments with superior mechanical and electrostatic characteristics which make conveying and handling electronic components more efficient and safe: due to the HC or HC+ characteristics (highly conductive or highly conductive plus) the static electricity that builds up in the conveyor can be discharged better in a controlled manner; due to simplified accumulation with TT types which produce consistently low friction coefficients on the top face and underside; due to a particularly high level of abrasion resistance, as well as stable, lint-free belt edges. Siegling Extremultus drag belts are supplied endless, prepared for splicing, or as roll material.

Siegling Extremultus tangential belts have been optimized to suit the diverse range of yarn-manufacturing processes and different drive shapes. They play a major role in ensuring consistently high yarn quality and efficient production due to the following characteristics: superior abrasion-resistant coatings made of elastomer G or polyurethane with constant friction coefficients and long service lives; optimized surface pattern for the spindle and motor side; less belt creep and excellent levels of power transmission; energy-efficient polyester or aramide tension members; polyamide sheet tension members with good damping characteristics for high levels of effective pull; low-noise and low-vibration operation; antistatic finishes. Siegling Extremultus tangential belts are supplied as roll material, prepared for splicing or have already been spliced. With our splicing methods, homogeneous, reliable splices can be made efficiently while belts are still on the machinery.

In the aerospace industry we specialize in the production of rolled aluminum plate and sheet materials for fuselage and wing structure components according to standard or customized specifications. The aerospace industry is building new aircraft to accommodate a growing number of air passengers and to replace older, less efficient planes with newer, more fuel-efficient models. Aluminum offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, energy efficiency, and high tolerance to extreme temperatures- making it an ideal material for the manufacturing of aircraft. It can also be recycled repeatedly, making it a good choice as manufacturers pursue sustainability initiatives. We have introduced new low-density alloys that represent an innovative step forward for aluminum in aerospace. Weight-savings from these new alloys translate into fuel efficiency and lower operating costs for the airline industry.

In the field of highly efficient filter materials, we have developed proprietary synthetic filter media produced with various fiber diameters and available in different grammages. With a particle separation of up to 99,99%, our media also feature a low pressure drop together with high softness. Due to endless fibers no fiber shedding occurs. We support our customers with filter media material as roll goods for respirator masks or pleatable material.

Clock Springs – also called hair springs – is a torsion spring that is optimum for installation spaces that are limited axially, but with more space radially. They are made from strip material or flat rolled wire that is wound in a flat, spiral shape.

Cold rolled steel sheets are produced by re-rolling process of hot rolled steel sheets in order to provide precise thickness distribution across the coil. The surface roughness of the cold rolled materials is lower compared to hot rolled steels and suitable for painting and coating applications. According to the customers demands, it can be supplied in coil, slitted and cut to length sheet form. Our stock includes cold rolled steel sheet materials produced according to EN 10130, EN 10268, EN 10338, EN 10209 and others.

Hot rolled steel products are rolled from casting slab and produced as a coil. We are supplying materials with thicknesses between 1-25mm and width up to 2000mm as a coil, slitted or cut to length sheets. Our stock includes hot rolled sheet materials produced according to EN 10025-2, EN 10028-2, EN 10149-2, SAE J403, ASTM A283, EN 10083-2, ASTM A1011, EN 10111, EN 10025-4, DIN 1614- 1 and others.

The TNC-GG model series was developed to apply one or more labels to large cylindrical containers at the circumference. Instead of using „die-cut“ labels, it is also possible to handle continuous label material from the roll. Depending on the size of the product, the material is cut inside the system. The largest area of application for these systems is in the beverage industry, where beverage barrels (KEGs) are provided with a deposit banderol on the circumference and thus clearly indicate the owner of the returnable containers. Highly permanent label material is used for these applications, which can no longer be removed from the product without leaving residues. We also offer fully automated solutions for this.

Knocker rolls are used on the cleat belt in order to knock off adhering material. The Knocker roll is fitted in the inner belt near the drive pulley. Area of use cleat belts and badly damaged belts Knocker rolls are used when it is not possible to use conveyor cleaning brushes. They can also be used as combination together with a conveyor cleaning brush.
