Furthermore, we regularly participate in cooperative projects of the Federal PhysicalTechnical Institute (PTB PhysikalischTechnische Bundesanstalt) with the economy. The 0.02 class calibration resistors excel in their modern design and small mechanical dimensions. Their ruggedness also ensures a long life. The VX200 is the most compact 3D printer in the voxeljet portfolio. It weighs a mere 450 kilograms and, thanks to its dimensions of only 1,700 x 900 x 1,500 mm (LxWxH), the VX200 can be installed without problems in places where space is tight, such as research laboratories. The machine is very fast, easy to operate and permits the economical production of small prototypes and design pieces. Plastic and sand can be used as the particulate materials. The build space measures 300 x 200 x 150 mm. The VX200's print head system can achieve a resolution of up to 300 dpi. The thickness of a layer applied in one cycle is 150 µm for plastic and 300 µm for sand.

This high precision torque sensor is designed for both static and dynamic measurements on non-rotating applications. It is particularly suitable for torque measurements on, for instance, extremely small electrical actuating drives and micro-mechanical actuator elements, or for measuring reaction torques e.g. on micro-motors. The high accuracy of measurement also makes this sensor ideal for use as a reference in many fields of industrial manufacture as well as laboratory research and development projects. Not containing any rotating parts, it requires no maintenance if properly used. The strain-gage based sensor’s modular design allows precise configuration for the desired application. With the integrated amplifier option, the sensor directly supplies a voltage signal of 0 ... ±10 V that is proportional to the torque. The sensor can be configured via the micro-USB interface, providing access to, for example, a filter frequency setting, averaging, and a tare function.

The NDIR bundle CO2 is a set of perfectly matching components for the gas analysis of carbon dioxide and offers research teams, institutes and laboratories the right solution for the demand of short term required IR components in small volumes. Micro-Hybrid is combining a NAC-based IR emitter with reflector of the JSIR 350 series with the highly sensitive thermopile dual detector of the MTS 2 SENS series. For the detection of NO and H2S an EDL (electrodeless gas discharge lamp) is used. A combination of both technologies (UVRAS & UVLEDs) allows simultaneous gas analysis of NO, NO2 and SO2 in the lower ppm range, which is particularly important in flue gas analysis (CEM)2. In the EDL, N2 and O2 are converted to NO and produce selective UV radiation. With this radiation a cross sensitivity free NO measurement is made possible. This method is called UV resonance spectroscopy (UVRAS).
