NORISTAR 4 - The flexible remote control system for all propulsion drives The NORISTAR 4 is our powerful remote control system (RCS) for all types of ship, whether tugboats, cargo ships, passenger ships or super yachts. It is based on our NORISYS 4 open automation platform and is suitable for all propulsion drives. The system can be configured for multiple control consoles and offers many useful functions, such as load distribution, preprogrammed control programs, "electric shaft" function, start/stop logic, DP and joystick function. Configuration and monitoring are performed in a simple and user-friendly way via an integrated touchscreen display. Optional web access makes service easier and facilitates remote maintenance and the transfer of data to fleet management.

RockWorks is a real-time management system for RockNet and enhances the remote operation of complex widespread networks. Each RockNet device can be monitored and con gured on screen according to the front panel operation. RockWorks enables labeling of each device and channel within the network. The software provides alarm indications and allows for a network- wide default reset of channel parameters and naming. For a more comfortable setup, RockWorks also features an offline editor. The MCF control units are designed to operate electro-permanent magnet modules. It is available both as a single board for installation in the customer's existing control cabinets and as an IP 54 control cabinet solution. In addition to the FXE lifting magnet modules, other electro-permanent magnet components such as magnet clamping plates or magnet clamping blocks can also be controlled with the MCF, both as a single system (ALNICO) and as a double system (ALNICO/ND). Mobile water jet cutting unit particularly suited for Defusing large-caliber fund munitions EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) & IEDD (Improvised Explosive Device Disposal). Environmental exposure over the time has chemical and/or physical effects on ammunition & often leads to a critical in-situ situation of the UXO. Conventional Render Safe Procedure (RSP) is very often not feasible without contacting or shifting the UXO and therefore is considered as not secure. In such situations repeatedly it came to severe accidents with death tolls. Hence safety of transport to carry-off for final removal is also not given.Therefore in such cases blasting the UXO is so far used as a final RSP causing partly heavy collateral damages. This unit allows to remove or deactivate the fuse remotely, risk-free & safe by using the WAS Technology & specially designed manipulation systems. The hydraulic system of the MACE served the control of the cutting axis at the manipulation systems of the Water Abrasive Suspension (WAS) cutting unit MACE. For guaranteeing the safety distance - up to 500 meter - a control panel is included for the operator which controls the motion axis and the cutting speed.

The positioning drawbar has a gradual flexible range of +/- 60°. The adjustment occurs easily by loosening the hand brake. A wireless remote control can be installed directly on the handle to switch the magnets on and off. Other remote controls to control cranes are possible on request.
