With the technology of the SPIES MM we have developed an innovative process to be able to decorate curved products as well. The state-of-the-art in-mold labeling (IML) process allows us to produce curved shapes as 1-material packaging and consequently 100% recyclable. Clean and single-polymer plastic waste is the basis for high quality recyclates which can almost reach the product characteristics of virgin material. By closing the recycling circle natural resources and energy are saved. Our most important polymer is PVC. We produce a diverse range of rigid and soft PVC recyclates, yearly several thousand tons of mixed-colour, single-colour and white/ transparent secondary raw material. HDPE and PP are coming next in terms of quantity of recycling material followed by engineering grade polymers as ABS, PC and PA and several others. Depending on the type of waste we produce regrind or agglomerate with our recycling machines. Agglomerate is mainly produced from sheet, non-woven material, shavings and powder whereas regrind is produced from solid waste and thick layer sheets. We produce extrusion- as well as injection moulding qualities. Every sold Big Bag is tested on purity and humidity.

Resource-saving, sustainable and future-oriented. In addition to a well-working recycling process, a functioning circular economy also requires extensive possibilities for using the recycled material. The use of mechanically recycled post-consumer recycled material is not yet feasible in the food industry at the present time and is prohibited by law. Manufactured from 100 % recycled and GRS-certified polyester yarn, PurMop BLACK® D3-SR is the epitome of sustainability in cleanroom cleaning. The material is made of post-consumer PET-bottles, with approximately 5 bottles being used for each cleanroom mop. Thanks to the newly developed, 100 % microfiber loops with enhanced length and high-performance inserts, D3-R boasts great fluid absorption, resulting in large area capacity. With the servo X e-com you are ideally equipped to meet the demands of film packaging for the e-commerce, mail order and logistics sectors. Whether dealing with the direct dispatch of individual goods, packing groups of products or meeting the complex requirements of returned goods packaging for example, the servo X e-com packs goods with a minimum use of film and automatically adjusts the film bags with four sealed sides to the product's length as standard. To support the precise fitting of shipping bags, the servo X e-com fit model also adjusts the bag size to the product's width so that the machines fully automatically adjust to varying product sizes during the packaging process. Furthermore, packaging with upper and lower film enables a greater scope for branding, for example with two-tone shipping bags. Additional options include the ability to add an easy-opening perforation to the bags as well as inserting a double-sided adhesive tape for resealing a bag for returns.
