MediorNet Compact is the cost-effective and easy-to-use entry to the Riedel MediorNet world of integrated media signal distribution and processing. It is the first fiber-based 21st-century stage box providing the flexibility of a true real-time media network including integrated signal processing at the cost of simple multiplexing point-to-point products. In enabling Riedel’s acclaimed networked approach to signal distribution and routing, the 2-RU large-scale MediorNet MetroN Core Router provides intense real-time signal-routing capacity (32x10G/32x4.25G ports) and offers non-blocking switching. MetroN provides robust video router functionality with switching delays of <40ms as well as high-speed re-routing that allows as many as 1,000 connections to be re-routed in less than a second. A single MetroN allows for building video routers with up to 192 HD-SDI and theoretically an unlimited number of outputs. The intuitive configuration, control, and monitoring software MediorWorks can be downloaded from any MediorNet mainframe via the Configuration Port of the Processing Card. This way you always have access to the correct software version of a specific installation. The software is a JavaTM based application, allowing any computer with a JavaTM Runtime environment such as Windows, Mac OS X or Linux to serve as the host for the application. MediorWorks auto senses the configuration and status of the system it is connected to. Five windows give easy access to any aspect of the MediorNet installation. The Raytek MP150 infrared linescanner is designed for temperature monitoring in demanding industrial environments. Thanks to real-time monitoring, PASCHAL Maturix facilitates the efficient concreting process and, at the same, time provides well-founded evaluations. Based on the real-time analysis of the concrete strength, the optimal time for dismantling is determined. As a result, the number of defects due to early dismantling is reduced on the one hand, and, on the other hand, there are no unnecessary waiting times during the concrete maturity phase. The user receives a convenient notification as soon as the target value has been reached or if there is too much difference in the internal temperature. In order to guarantee the best possible concrete quality, the concrete temperature can be controlled and adjusted from any location by means of heating and cooling systems.

The RCV Plus™ Gas Mixing System is a combination of flow meters specifically designed to monitor and control the ratio of two gases. It consists of an RCV Plus™ and a FLO-TRONIC Plus™. The RCV Plus™ utilizes a micro-processor that continuously compares a preset ratio to the real-time ratio of the two gas flows, as measured by the FLO-TRONIC Plus™, and the ratio control valve itself. Using a stepper motor, the RCV Plus™ continuously adjusts the flow metering needle-valve to precisely maintain the preset gas ratio. The real-time ratio is continuously displayed on the LCD screen of the RCV Plus™. Included in the RCV Plus™ is an optional input for the addition of a trim gas, which is frequently used for process control. Trim gas addition is additive to the ratio. When trim gas is used, the continuously displayed real-time ratio then includes the trim gas addition.

The analyzer for carbon dioxide and oxygen has been specially designed for monitoring cell growth processes in biotechnology. The device can be installed directly in the exhaust flow of the bioprocess and measures the concentration of CO2 and O2 there in real-time. The BlueInOne Cell automatically compensates any fluctuations of pressure and humidity in the system. The readings are therefore extremely accurate even under fluctuating measuring conditions. The BlueInOne Cell gas analyzer is fitted with an IR CO2 sensor, as well as a electrochemical oxygen sensor with galvanic cell. The O2 detector offers a measuring range of 0-100 % Vol. for oxygen, long-term stability and has a very high resolution of 50 ppm. The device can also analyze anaerobic processes with high precision.

Oxygen is essential for life. Measuring oxygen concentrations plays a central role in controlling biotechnological processes . No matter if fermentations, scale-up studies, bioproductions in lab or industrial scale, the BCP-O2 sensor determines the oxygen concentration in realtime (real time monitoring) in a very convenient way. By measuring the oxygen concentrations oxygen limitations can be avoided and conclusions to metabolic activity can be drawn. With the help of measuring the oxygen important process parameters as OTR oxygen transfer rate or respiratory quotient RQ can be determined. Using BCP-O2 simplifies process optimization in bioprocessing and makes it efficient and precise. In contrast to other sensors the BCP-O2 has in integrated automated temperature and pressure compensation and can be connected to each and every fermenter type.
