The flexibly combinable dosing station allows the exact blending of up to seven material components. Two configuration levels are available the DOS 2 (one main and one side component) and the DOS 7 (one main and up to six side components). Dosing is carried out according to customer-specific requirements. The processing of granules and powder is also possible. The dosing station can be flexibly equipped with different funnel weighers and thus fulfills the most demanding processes of gravimetric weighing. Common applications include film extrusion or PVC pipe production with complex formulations. POLIFILM offers a wide range of protection films for the protection of stainless steel with all commonly used finishes and composition. Surfaces with higher roughness as well as high gloss surfaces such as BA or 3D can be safely protected through the selection of the most suitable adhesive system and film quality. For an improved productivity of our customers, we are offering “easy peel products” which feature an easy removal of the film at elevated removal speeds. Out latest innovation for stainless steel protection are deep draw films, which will successively replace traditionally used PVC films due to environmental as well as productivity and cost benefits. Another innovation relates to a greyish Universal Laser Film (“ULF”) which can be used for CO2 Laser- as well as for Fiber-Laser applications. Apart from adhesive coated films we are offering an ever more comprehensive range of uncoated, coextruded cast films, whereby the film and the adhesive system are (co-)extruded in one step. This is an innovative, economic and at the same time environmentally friendly solution. Furthermore we offer solutions for the protection of plastic sheets based on PMMA, ABS and PS for standard applications as well as for special applications such as thermoforming or optically challenging applications such as electronic display applications.

POLIFILM is offering a wide assirtment of transparent, white, black and black / white films fort he protection of PVC- and aluminium profiles. Films composition as well as adhesive selection depend upon our customers` specifications. PVC profiles are typically protected by transparent, white or black / white films. Natural rubber based adhesives perform very well for these applications when combined with UV absorbing / blocking films. Natural rubber adhesive systems prevent film lifting during profile cutting and handling. For aluminium profiles mainly black / white films with customer print as well as occasionally black films are used. Our product range includes product with weather resistance between one month and twelve months.
