Predictive maintenance needs measured data to the greatest possible precision. On components with moving or rotating parts, the relevant measuring points (e. g. temperature of an electric motor’s rotor or planetary gearbox bearing) sometimes cannot be accessed with wired sensors. Accordingly, the data needed for condition monitoring can be obtained only with complex calculations and estimates. However, precise and reliable measured data are obtained only when a sensor is placed directly on the moving part. For requirements of this kind we have developed NORIFID, a simple, cost effective measuring system that is based on established technologies, supplies wirelessly power by induction to a sensor on a moving part, and transmits the measured data via RFID to a fixed receiver.

Wherever temperatures are measured, temperatures must also be simulated. The Pt100-simulator is suitable for a wide area of applications. It has a wide range of simulation, which is resolved in 0.1 °C steps and makes many assignments in chemistry-, measuring-, controlling-, medicine and household applications, food industry, vehicle construction, air- and space travel and power plants easy to solve. Often in the past several simulators had to be used alongside to achieve either resolution or the range of the relevant application. As an extra advantage to the user temperatures can be entered in degrees celsius. Additional extensive conversions and readings in tabulation sheets are no longer necessary. The precision Pt100 simulator is used wherever measuring instruments or controlling systems have to be tested or calibrated with great precision. The standard version model 4506 simulates 24 set temperature values. Totally different temperature ranges are required in the case of special applications, such as in the food industry, the medical science etc. Model 4506 S is recommended for these applications and can be fitted with 24 temperature values according to customer specifications. A distinctive feature of these simulators is their simple operation. The resistance values required for simulation are directly set in °C. There is no need to use loof-up tables. Today in many cases a certificate is needed more than ever force measurements. This certificate is available under order code 45DKD-.. . The Kuhnke CIO compact I / O combines various input and output signals on a PCB. The process data are transferred via the CANopen interface. The open and therefore low-cost version allows fast wiring and is predestined for the requirements in the apparatus construction.

The main field of application is an industrial environment, therefore the device has a high reliability and an excellent industrial performance. The OPTITEMP TT 10 series consists of 2 different versions in terms of the mounting. The TT 10 R is the rail-mount version for DIN rails whereas the TT 10 C is primarily intended to be mounted in a "B connection head" or larger according to DIN EN 50446. As an alternative you can also mount the in-head version on a DIN rail according to EN 60715 with the help of an optionally available rail mounting kit.

A special feature of the device is its 0...10 VDC output that predestines it for the HVAC systems in building services applications.
