POLIFILM is offering a wide assirtment of transparent, white, black and black / white films fort he protection of PVC- and aluminium profiles. Films composition as well as adhesive selection depend upon our customers` specifications. PVC profiles are typically protected by transparent, white or black / white films. Natural rubber based adhesives perform very well for these applications when combined with UV absorbing / blocking films. Natural rubber adhesive systems prevent film lifting during profile cutting and handling. For aluminium profiles mainly black / white films with customer print as well as occasionally black films are used. Our product range includes product with weather resistance between one month and twelve months.

Not all extruded profiles are required to be circular in shape! Whether it is a seamless or porthole hollow-profile, at ALUnna, we have a multitude of possibilities. Simple profiles, such as a solid profile or an angle profile, are also available. On some profiles we may have the possibility to further improve the dimensional tolerances by adding a subsequent drawing step to achieve final dimensions. In addition to round tube, shaped, square or rectangular tubes in both medium strength and high-strength alloys can be produced.

Radial Damping, Hard Version Energy capacity 2.7 Nm/cycle Stroke max. 15 mm Harder mixture of materials for higher energy absorption: The maintenance-free and ready-to-install TR-H-Series profile dampers, are stressed radially in the same way as the basic TR model. With almost the same dimensions, they also decelerate with a very long and soft action. The harder co-polyester elastomer mixture leads to significantly high energy absorption of 2.7 Nm to 427 Nm in these models. Easy to mount due to the supplied special screw. The TR-H-Series is space-saving with dimensions of Ø 30 mm to Ø 102 mm. It complements the TUBUS range between the progressive TR and almost linear TS models. Users are therefore provided with a full range of deceleration curves within the ACE TUBUS family.

GRP railings meet requirements for high mechanical stability and are also resistant to many chemicals and corrosion. They do not conduct electricity and are easy to assemble. Our GRP railings meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14122. We can provide testable static analysis for your GRP railings from an independent engineering firm. If your GRP railings require a more complicated design, we can also provide a finite element calculation to verify their operational capability.

State of the art machines, tightest tolerances Machine knives for use in steel production are challenging from a production engineering point of view and place enormous demands on quality. A knife change always entails a long and thus costly system shutdown; consequently, long knives and circular knives from our company are characterised not only by very high accuracy, but also by their extreme resistance to wear. In the past, we have made serious investments in our machine fleet, in order also to produce to the most complicated geometries and tightest tolerances. In addition to standard qualities, we also deliver special qualities for particular stress at high temperatures.

The TIP900 system is a comprehensive thermal imaging and noncontact profiling system designed to supervise the temperature of wallboards coming out of the oven. It uses an infrared thermal imager to continuously scan the entire board surface temperatures and allows the detection in real time of moisture and density variations inside each board. Radial Damping, Heavy Duty Version Energy capacity 405 Nm/cycle Stroke max. 14 mm Impact and collision protection: The TR-HD profile dampers are stressed in the same way as the basic model TR but offer a higher force and energy absorption with a shorter damping distance thanks to the solid design. Different damping characteristic curves can be achieved with two different co-polyester elastomer hardness levels. The slightly oval (bi-concave) shape also ensures a softer force intake. This series absorbs a lot of energy despite the low height: a range of 405 Nm to 11,840 Nm is progressively covered by strokes of 12 mm to 44 mm. With two screws, included in the delivery, the damper can be easily and quickly fixed both horizontally or vertically. The drill hole distance is adapted if required.

Radial Damping, Long Version Energy capacity 7.2 Nm/cycle Stroke max. 17 mm Especially for applications with long and soft deceleration: The radial tube dampers TR-L from the ACE TUBUS-Series are maintenance-free, ready-to-install elements made of co-polyester elastomer. Their radial load offers designers a very long and soft deceleration with a progressive reduction in energy at the end of the stroke. The TR-L-Series has been specially developed for a maximum stroke with a minimum height and a range of 7.2 Nm to 10,780 Nm. The absorption capacity is dependent on the length of the selected tube damper. These models are available in sizes between Ø 29 mm and Ø 188 mm.
