In oceanfront and surrounding areas, they can also serve as protection from high winds and storms that can break windows and damage property. In many cases, the protection these aluminum window shutters afford can reduce insurance premiums in such storm-prone zones. Inside, these structures can provide privacy, sound insulation and light-level control, making for a better interior environment, whether the building is commercial or residential.

Dr. Paul Lohmann® offers Ferric Sulfate as powder in pharma/chem. pure grade and as solution in chem. pure grade. Novelis Advanz™ 6HS s650 is Novelis’ latest offering to the high strength 6xxx series and caters to structural applications requiring high in-service strength. A tailor-made alloy, specifically designed for high strength requirements without compromising its forming characteristics, Novelis Advanz™ s650 has a 15-20% T6 strength advantage over incumbent high strength 6xxx, coupled with excellent crash behavior and corrosion resistance. Predominantly an alloy of choice for structural parts with high demand on forming and high strength after paint bake, typical areas of application are A-pillar, B pillar, roof traverse, rocker, inner and floor panels, bumpers and battery cases along with various other structural reinforcements. This product exhibits excellent after paint bake response which in turn provides high in-service strength making it an ideal material for light weighting of structural components. All values listed are typical.

Medium-volatile universal thinner with high dissolving power. Other sizes available on request

Special thinner for degreasing with excellent fat- dissolving properties. Evaporates without leaving any residue. Dissolves and removes paint residues. For degreasing paints of all kinds on work surfaces and materials before painting. The washing dilution can be used in washing-off, dipping, spraying and flooding processes. Turpentine substitute is a solvent for diluting oil and synthetic resin-based paints. Other sizes available on request

AMROC Color-Primed is the product version used for customized finish painting at the construction site. The product AMROC Color-Primed is ideally suited for applying the finished paint coat to the facade at the construction site. The front facing side and edges are primed in RAL 9010 (white) and the rear facing side is finish coated in RAL 7035 (light grey). The finish coat that is applied at the construction site creates vapor diffusion equilibrium between the front and rear facing sides. The factory applied primer does not yet completely seal the front facing side. The finish coat must be a paint-manufacturer-approved paint that is weather proof and alkaline stable. We recommend Amphibolin ELF made by Caparol for this purpose. AMROC Color-Primed is also suitable for: Flooring for wet spaces to be surface treated with ceramic materials, or similar Walls in wet spaces that will be surface treated with ceramic materials.

Suitable for best suited for and universally usable on bearing lime or cement plaster, concrete, masonry, gypsum plaster and dispersion or silicate-based paint. Our product has been annealed using silica sol and it is free of solvents. It is naturally resistant to mold and washable.

Use with sodasan Rinse Aid and Dishwasher Salt for brilliant results without limescale spots and to protect your dishwasher. If you notice white limescale deposits on dishes or glassware, set the water softener in your dishwasher to a higher water hardness level. (See operating instructions) To protect the environment, only operate your dishwasher when it is full. Opt for wash cycles at lower temperatures and follow the dosage instructions. Dosage Remove foil and place one dishwashing tab in the cutlery basket or in the dishwasher detergent chamber. The dosage may be increased to 2 tabs for very dirty, greasy dishes. In order to avoid limescale deposits, make sure that you regularly add Dishwasher Salt and Rinse Aid. Tip: If limescale still remains on your dishes despite adding Dishwasher Salt, set the water hardness in your dishwasher to the next highest setting. Please do not use this product for leaded glass, hand-painted porcelain or silver. sodium carbonate trisodium citrate

POLIFILM comes with a large product assortment of protection films for added value aluminium surfaces. For this application the quality of the carrier film needs to be very specific due to the sensitivity of the fairly soft aluminium. Our protection films are suitable for mill finish aluminium as well as for glossy and even high gloss, anodized aluminium finishes. In addition to traditionally proven natural rubber adhesive formulations we also offer acrylic adhesive systems including easy peel formula for increased productivity.
