AViTEQ-vibrating heat exchanger are used in a number of processes in which bulk solids have to be cooled, heated, dried etc. These special-purpose units are able to perform the heat exchange process during transportation. Usually, this occurs indirectly through the use of double bottoms to accommodate the heat exchange medium (oil, water, air, etc.). AViTEQ heat exchangers are employed in practically every industry (chemical, food, plastics, pharmaceutical, recycling and raw materials). Torsion springs are produced in accordance with your specifications based on drawings, prototypes or sketches. We manage the development process of the spring until it is ready for serial production. We produce torsion springs with wire diameters of 0.20 to 4.00 mm, with or without torque testing. Wire coatings: Galvanised, ZnAl-plated, Red-coated, Nickel-plated, Polished nickel, Phosphated, Brass-plated,Silver-plated.

With the Professional machines a three-shift operation, for example, is not an issue. This machine is fitted with three CNC controlled axes, allowing for production parts to made with virtually perfect accuracy. No additional employees are needed to adjust the machine, which saves a significant amount of time. The operator is only responsible for starting the machine, feeding in the material and then removing the production parts. Feeding in the material and removing the production parts can be further automated. This makes the machines extremely cost-effective. Software solutions from EHRT enable a customised and smooth production flow of punching machines.
