We are specialised in varnishing transparent plastics, which are being painted from behind to achieve a profound depth effect. In our specially customised painting booth the plastics are being sprayed with wet paint creating various structures and degrees of gloss. Here we have the possibility to process large-sized parts. KIRSCH Kunststofftechnik has decided to process even the most demanding parts in-house. High expertise and skillful handling with plastics is significant to accomplish our customers` requirements. As a dependable specialist in the processing of large parts, we can weld work pieces with a unit weight of up to five tons and flexibly adjust to accommodate different needs, including heat treatment and documented testing procedures: Our qualified and experienced staff are at home with various different welding techniques, such as MIG/MAG, TIG and arc welding. On request, we can carry out hardfacing of work pieces and large parts and employ special welding methods as part of the contract manufacturing service. Do you have any special wishes or requirements? We also weld custom solutions and highly complex parts with the utmost precision - on time and for a reasonable price. Our welding workshop is certified according to DIN EN ISO 3834.

Whether while milling (rough and finish machining), drilling, sawing, welding or assembling, the EPM modules or module systems offer a large selection of clamping options, for example, to clamp during edge milling or deburring (without mechanical clamping equipment) or for the simple and quick fastening of workpieces during assembly. Workpieces can be easily and quickly fastened with the Doublemag magnet clamping elements. Through the use of pole extensions, any unevenness on the workpiece can be compensated for and a deformation of the workpiece can be prevented. Using pole extensions, plane-parallelism of up to 0.01 mm is possible on the workpiece. The processing runs without vibration and an even distribution of holding force is guaranteed throughout the entire ferrous clamping surface. Several Doublemags can be combined to process large parts.
