We offer customized die-cast parts, stamped parts, deep-drawn parts, turned parts, milled parts and contact springs, both as small-precision and large parts. Partial or complete plastic and rubber injection molding of metal parts is also part of our portfolio. The manufactured metal parts can be completed with sealing elements, threaded inserts and bearing bushes. We also offer processes for cold pressing, as well as cost-effective surface finishing. We accompany our customers throughout the entire project process and organize the tool and sample production as well as the production (including surface finishing) and optionally also the assembly of the series parts.

Whether an individual circuit board or full-scale, demanding device assembly – PRUFREX will manufacture your products to your individual specifications and quality guidelines. Whether it's manual soldering with robotic support, wave and selective soldering or laser soldering – in all assembly tasks, we are able to use any technique required without a problem. Depending on the component, different soldering technologies offer different advantaged. We will adjust the process individually to your project.

Hugo Beck can claim a decade-long development tradition when it comes to automation. We offer support with our expertise throughout the entire automation process, from project planning and manufacture right through to integration into complex packaging lines. Handling systems such as portals, grouping solutions, stacking and counting devices, cross pusher to name but a few, are integrated reliably into the packaging solutions by our technicians. Furthermore, various robots systems are used across many industries for the automated feeding of products, helping to for example grip, position, stack, group, stage products. From a parallel robot (also known as a spider robot) all the way through to a SCARA robot – anything is flexibly possible and delivered fully integrated according to each customer‘s needs. Both robots and handling systems can all be purchased independently of Hugo Beck packaging machines.

The skids are fully assembled, including piping, wiring and testing in the SMS Workshop or in our partners´ workshop. You can select many options directly from the copier, such as double-sided copying, stapling, hole punching and folding. We’re also glad to assist you with choosing the necessary copier settings.
