ORAFOL Fresnel Optics GmbH offers a wide variety of microstructured optical components in varios sizes. Among others fresnel prisms, cylindrical lenses and beamsplitters, lenticular lenses and corner cube reflectors. We provide both a catalogue of standard products that can be adapted to our customers' requirements as well as the capabilities to design and manufacture custom optical solutions including finishing processes e.g. anti-reflective coatings and nano-structures and precise CNC machining.

Mini prisms RSMP10 and RSMP12 plastic housing with spike and prisms in 12.7 and 17.5 mm With the mini prisms RSMP10 and RSMP12, surveyors can now easily take measurements in cracks, gaps and corners. Fixed dimensions (see product drawings) give the surveyor the exact path from the point of measurement to the base of the housing or the tip of the spike. In forensics the prisms are use for the exact surveying of bullet holes. NOTE: For precise measurements, the prism must be directly aligned with the surveying instrument! When using the mini prisms for surveying settlement, the spikes can be removed and thus be inserted or glued into the smallest cracks or gaps. On façades, historical buildings, supports and many other objects, monitoring is possible with measuring points that are barely identifiable for the general public. The FS 5 is a sturdy and extremely cost-effective chamfering machine with cutter head and cutting inserts. Straight edges of cube-shaped workpieces can be easily chamfered. It is designed for deburring and chamfering small workpieces starting with a thickness of 3 mm. The sturdy casing, the sanded guide rails and the integrated swarf boxes convince in every regard. The V-prism is foldable for changing the reversible cemented carbide inserts. Thanks to the optimised interplay of cutter head and cutting inserts, the machine ensures clatter-free, clean and constant chamfering. The chamfer setting is made through a knurled handwheel. A chamfer width of up to 5 mm is possible in NE metals and a chamfer width of up to 3mm in steel. The machine has a switch-on duration of 10 - 30%/h.

The small and compact edge processing machine with sliding carriage is designed for chamfering and grinding small to medium-sized workpieces starting with a thickness of 1 mm. The light aluminium casing, the wear-resistant and sanded guide rails, the speed regulation and the optionally available extraction sockets convince in every regard. The sliding carriage protects the workpiece surface of components that are sensitive to scratches. The workpiece is inserted in the V-prism from the sliding carriage. The processing is performed by pushing the sliding carriage with workpiece over the tool. The travel path is 210mm. The sliding carriage can be locked in place for longer components. Our variety of high-quality solid carbide chamfers provide for vibration-free, clean and constant chamfering quality depending on the material. A chamfer width of up to 4 mm is possible in NE metals and a chamfer width of up to 2mm in steel.

The sturdy and easy chamfering machine is designed for deburring and chamfering of small to large workpieces from 1 mm thickness. The machine generates a perfect chamfering quality thanks to the optimized interaction between the cutter head and cutting inserts - like sanded. In NE metals and steel, a chamfer width up to 10mm is possible. The ASO160-M is ideal for processing steel and aluminum. The ASO 160-MSL design has speed regulation that is very useful for the processing of aluminum or stainless steel. For longer workpieces or serial part production, we recommend optimizing the feed unit with pressing pressure, surface quality, feed speed and service life of tools. The machine can be installed on an undercarriage for flexible use in a workshop, which simultaneously serves as a chip box.

Thanks to the optimised interplay of cutter head and cutting inserts, the machine ensures clean and constant chamfering. A chamfer width of up to 12 mm is possible in NE metals and a chamfer width of up to 10mm in steel. The cutting edge length of the cutting inserts can be used 100% thanks to the innovative axially adjustable motor shaft. The ASO 650-WSL has speed regulation that is very useful when processing aluminum or stainless steel and a gradual angle adjustment in a range from 15-45°. A radius processing from R1.2 to R6 is possible with different cutting inserts.
