Telescopic actuator with a synchronized toothed belt system for effective linear movement and minimal overall dimensions. Horizontally mounted, it is mainly used to feed presses installed in series. It extends in both directions, feeding a press in one direction, closing, then feeding another in the other direction. The closed actuator does not occupy space in the two presses, making it possible to feed both with a single system. SPIROL's BP100 Press-N-Lok™ Pin has opposing barbs on each end of the pin and is designed to permanently retain two plastic components to each other such as two halves of a plastic enclosure. Press-N-Lok™ Pins are installed in two stages: First, press the pins into one half of the plastic housing. Next, align the other half of the housing with the exposed pins and press into place. During installation, the plastic will backfill into the area around the barbs resulting in maximum resistance to axial force. SPIROL's Press-N-Lok™ Pins are manufactured from lightweight, lead free aluminium as a standard, and available to order in austenitic stainless steel. BP100 Press-N-Lok™ Pins are available in diameters ranging from 2mm to 4mm.

Due to its electric closing mechanism, it is easy to operate without exhausting your arm. And while one side is pressing, you have time to prepare the other for the next cycle. Furthermore, a small gap underneath the base plate allows you to thread the t-shirt onto the platen. Using a small display, you can adjust temperature and dwell time to your likings. In automatic mode, the machine will automatically close and open the press as well as move it from one platen to the other based on set timings. Bluetooth Control Wall Switch Wireless Wall Switch for Integration into existing Switch Design Series The Bluetooth Control Wall Switch enables comfortable control of all other Casambi components. The wall switch does not need any batteries, because enough energy is generated to send wireless BLE telegrams to the other devices by pressing the rocker for only one time. The Bluetooth Control Wall Switch may easily be integrated into many existing switch design series and so, becomes an energy self-sufficient use interface for your Casambi light control. A white frame and a bonding sheet is enclosed, so that the switch can be easily mounted on your wall. Both single and double rocker are included in the delivery and can be used alternatively (never both at once, you will get only one module and two alternative rocker switches). The Wall Switch has to be configured with the Casambi App. The App can be downloaded in the App-Store or Google Play store for free.

For materials with a tensile strength of 1,300 N/mm2, sheet metal with a thickness of approx. 300 mm can be processed To do so, the presses are equipped with one or several straightening rams which can be operated together or individually.
