Baking varnish is a special joining technology for sheet metal packages. After the individual lamellas have been cut, electrical steel with a baking varnish coating is baked into a sheet metal package in a two-stage temperature step. The result is a full-surface, solid connection between the individual sheets with complete insulation. RoboCylinder slide table actuators combine high load capacity with very good guiding accuracy. The compact design offers extra stability and enables use even in confined spaces. They are suitable for precise assembly applications, for positioning or for pushing movements of horizontal payloads up to 30 kg and vertical payloads up to 24 kg. The slide tables are provided with fitting holes for changing workpieces. The linear drives are available either as directly driven compact slides with motor in extension of the longitudinal axis as well as shorter versions in which motor and axis are parallel to each other.

HPC-40 is a roller rod chain with clearly dened characteristics developed with regard to modern mechatronic monitoring systems - created to enable reliable performance monitoring. Modern, computer-aided, reproducible manufacturing processes enable a more precise assembly of the individual components thus extending their service lives signicantly. Sensors monitor the wear thus contributing to an extended overall service life od HPC-40. For HPC-40, it was possible to extend the breaking load by 30 % and the fatigue strength by 40 %, as we were able to eliminate the risk of fatigue factors. Existing plants can, of course, be retrotted with the new HPC-40. HPC-40 helps fully utilise the features and functions of a modern ContiRoll® in a fast continuous operation

The conformal coating serves to protect the surface of the assemblies, e.g. against condensation or contamination. In the process, the paint is applied using a curtain casting process under low pressure. The coating is only applied selectively where it is needed. Here we work with a programmed coordination system that is precisely tailored to your assembly. To dry, the elements are placed in our drying ovens and chambers so that the paint can cure in the atmosphere. Laser welding is a very gentle welding technique, as the heat input takes place in a locally very limited area. In this way, it is possible to reliably connect critical components with one another in a materially bonded manner, without the parts annealing. With laser welding, the two welding partners are joined together with as few gaps as possible in order to then weld them together (e.g. press-fit zones such as EloPin® puzzled at any feed or distance). The background to this is that no additional material is generally used in laser welding. Exception for build-up welding or repair welding of e.g. broken tool parts such as punches or cutting plates or injection molding tools for abrasive plastics with glass fiber filling.
