Flexible copper connectors for earthing straps, current leads and connectors with different constructions regarding customer specification. As prematerial for our customised connectors a lot of different materials can be used, mostly high flexible strands and braids made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys, stainless steel and aluminium upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated. Depending on the customer requirements we can combine different contact elements and isolation materials. No matter if you need individual parts or large-scale production, we can guarantee a short development time and fast response. Flexible copper connectors are suitable for power transmission and potential equalisation / grounding.

The inductive coupler of the NIC series is designed for contactless bidirectional transmission of power and data. The devices consist of two components, the primary part NICP and the secondary part NICS. The primary part supplies the secondary part with power via the air interface. In return the secondary part provides data to the connected sensors and actuators.

Siegling Extremultus live roller belts are energy-saving, durable components of driven live rollers. The quality and performance of the belts determine how quickly and reliably items our customers’ items are distributed. The belt’s tension member plays a key role in this process. Today’s standard is polyester fabric (E). But polyamide sheet (P) or aramide fabric (A) are also used. The tension member is embedded in a thermoplastic intermediate layer. Rubber elastomer or urethane coat the two friction layers, which are the top face of the belt (towards the roller) and the underside of the belt (towards the drive and in some cases to the idler roller). The combination of tension member and coating lends the belt its special characteristics – tailored to conveyor type and purpose. The splice requires no extra adhesives (in the Aramid and Polyester line) and can be made quickly, easily and cleanly on site.

Round hook belts are the ideal solution for power transmission or conveying systems where several belts run on one shaft. We have a complete range of polyurethane round belts for conveying and power transmission applications. PU round belts, extruded in open lengths, are homogeneous round profiles that can be welded for use as high-quality power transmission and conveying elements. Our stock mainly comprises solid profiles with a smooth or slightly roughened surface and hollow profiles for nipple connections. Several types have FDA/USDA approval and comply with EU Directive 2007/19/EC. Although we generally produce in open lengths, we can also produce all belts according to your specifications. Our round belts convey a wide range of products such as foodstuffs, glass, roof tiles, PC boards and many more. The standard range of round belts is rounded off with aramid, polyester or glass-fiber reinforcements. If an appropriate quantity is purchased, we also produce special types with PES or aramid reinforcements.

Current transmission has to be assured, even when the application is greasy or oily. This is where our metal gauze brushes come in. What challenges have you got for us? MACK metal gauze brushes are capable of breaking through the oil coat which develops between the stator and the rotor during wet running, thereby ensuring permanent surface contact and power transmission. The barrel coupling consists of a sleeve provided with semicircular toothing around its internal diameter and a hub that is externally toothed in a similar way. Error-proofing (PokaYoke) torque screwdriver with limit switch output to eliminate missed tightening. Ideal for assembly processes with torque monitoring. After reaching the set torque, the limit switch transmits a trigger signal. This can be picked up by means of a PLC, for example. CSN® Current Sensors are used for current measurement in control and protection systems in power transmission links (AC and DC applications). The CSN® type Current Sensors are based on highaccuracy resistive sensors (shunt) respectively iron free cores (CSN® AirCoil). There are selfsupporting structures available where the CSN® Current Sensor is mounted on top of a composite insulator, as well as variants in which the CSN® Current Sensor will be mounted hanging in the busbar. Schniewindt has implemented CSN® Current Sensors for nominal currents of up to 5 kADC at system voltages of 800 kVDC, which have been successfully typetested. Also for the precise measurement of small currents (1 to 10 A), such as transient currents in capacitor banks, Schniewindt offers appropriate solutions. Keiper PU Flex timing belts are extruded of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords, aramid cords or high flexible steel cords and VA steel with endless winded cords. In these belts the cords are helically spooled.
